Accommodation

I want to stay for the weekend, but don't want to camp. Are there any hotel's nearby?
There are lots of accommodation options around the festival site. For a full list go to:

Can I bring food / beverages / chairs & a cooler box into the campground?
Yes you can but strictly no glass will be allowed on the campsite. You can bring 1 case of beer and one (plastic) bottle of spirits per person onto the campsite but under no circumstances is this to be taken into the event site /arena. Chairs and coolboxes are also not to be taken into the arena.

Artists

What time are the acts performing?
We do not release playing times before the event. Event lanyards will be available inside the event site (please do not buy these outside the event site as the information is liable to be incorrect).

Camping

What are the camping times?
Saturday 23rd
09:00 - Car Parks & Camp Sites open (strictly no admittance before this time)
14:00 - Event arena opens to campers & non campers
04:00 - Event arena closes, campers return to camp sites; non campers leave the event.

Sunday 24th
10:00 - Event arena opens to campers for food concessions & low level entertainment
12:00 - Event arena opens to non campers & main entertainment starts
23:00 - Event arena closes, campers return to camp sites; non campers leave the event

Monday 25th
12:00 - Camp Sites & Car Parks close

How can I camp?
Camping facilities are included with Weekend with Camping and Weekend Hospitality with Camping Tickets. You can also upgrade to Boutique camping packages. For further information, please click here.

Are there any restrictions on tent size?
Whilst there are no restrictions on tent size, we wouldn't advise you to bring a tent larger than you need as you may struggle to find a large enough place to pitch it.

Can I have a BBQ or Fire on the site?
Fires are strictly prohibited on site but we will provide a designated BBQ area.

What facilities will there be on the campsite?
Access to the Welfare and information Tent, First Aid, Camping Shop, General Store, Food and Beverage, Decanting station.

How long can I stay at the campsite after the festival?
The campsite will close at 12pm noon on Monday 25th August.

Is the campsite safe?
Security on the campsites will be of utmost importance. There will be locker facilities and regular security patrols as well as CCTV monitoring.

Can we bring camper vans onsite?
No, campervans will not be permitted onto the campsite this year. The campsites are tented only.

How do I get tickets?
Tickets are available online, by phone and from numerous other outlets nationally. Please click here for more information.

Can I buy a camping ticket when I arrive?
Yes, however, we do advise you to purchase in advance. You will also be able to upgrade your ticket at the box office on the day.

Where do I pick up my camping wristband?
At the entrance to the campsite which will be clearly signposted.

Can I bring food / beverages / chairs & a cooler box into the campground?
Yes you can but strictly no glass will be allowed on the campsite. There is a limit of 1 x crate and 1 x bottle of spirits in a plastic bottle per person brought into the campsite with you. Food and chairs are also allowed into the campsite but not into the arena. There will be strictly no drinks, chairs or food allowed to be taken from the campsite into the main arena. A limited amount of alcohol will be allowed to be taken from the main arena into the campsite.

Can I buy a campervan ticket?
No, campervans will not be permitted onto the campsite this year. The campsites are tented only.

Will there be a lost and found?
Yes, Welfare / information & Lost Property is located in the Main arena which can also be accessed from the campsite.

Will there be Disabled camping available?
Yes, please advise us and book in advance. By emailing us on info@cream.co.uk or Tel: 0151 707 1309.

Where is campsite parking?
Campsite parking is located next to the campsite, please follow signs.

May I drive in/out of camping parking?
No once you have entered the carpark you cannot leave the carpark and re enter. Once you have entered the campsite there is no re admission to the carpark. If you hold a camping ticket you will be able to move to and from the campsite and arena. No once you have entered the carpark you cannot leave the carpark and re enter. What if I cannot find my tent after the concert?
Try and make a good visual reference before you leave your tent. If you can't find it speak to Welfare and Information.

Will there be food and drink concessions in the campsite?
Yes

Will there be entertainment in the Campsite?
No

Will there be a place for me to buy tea & coffee?
Yes

Where is the closest ATM?
In the event arena there will be no ATM's in the campsite. In the event arena there will be no ATM's in the campsite.

Can I bring the family to camp?
Only if they are over 18 years old.

How close are the campsites to the festival site?
The campsites are approximately 100m from the event site.

Are generators allowed into the camping area?
Generators will not be permitted into the event site.

Are sound systems allowed into the campsite?
No, strictly no sound systems are to be brought onto the campsites

Can we have a campfire?
No, Fires are strictly prohibited on site but we will provide a designated BBQ area.

Can I bring a pet?
No, pets are not permitted onto the event site.

Can I leave my tent when I leave?
Yes, You can leave your tent when you leave. We will pass them onto a local organisation who can make use of them.

Customer Care

How can I make a complaint?
If you want to make a complaint whilst on site, please head for the Information and Welfare tent. Otherwise contact the Cream office on 0151 707 1309.

Disabled

Is there any disabled or wheelchair access?
Disabled access is available at Creamfields, and there will be a designated campsite with disabled facilities. However, please be aware that this is a Greenfield site which can make wheelchair access difficult. . If you are a disabled ticket holder please email us: access@cream.co.uk / 0151 707 1309 in advance of attending the festival for more detailed advice / information.

Facilities

Where are the cash machines?
Cash machines will be located in the main event site. There will also be cash points or a cashback facility in the campsite.

Where can I buy cigarettes?
There are vending / retail untils all around the site and in the campsite.

Where are the water points?
There are designated water points across the arena and campsite which will be clearly signposted.

Where are the first aid points?
There are designated First Aid points across the arena and campsite which will be clearly signposted.

Are there any cloakroom/lockers?
There will be a cloakroom in the Main festival arena and lockers located into the Campsite. Please follow signage.

Where can I buy condoms?
There is a pharmacy and market stalls on site in the Main festival arena and a general store located in the campsite area.

Where can I get a foil blanket?
There is a pharmacy and market stalls on site in the Main festival arena and a general store located in the campsite area.

Where can I buy sanitary products?
There is a pharmacy and market stalls on site in the Main festival arena and a general store located in the campsite area.

Where can I get sun cream/after sun lotion?
There is a pharmacy and market stalls on site in the Main festival arena and a general store located in the campsite area.

Where can I access / report lost property?
Please claim / report lost property at the Welfare and Information Tent.

Is there anywhere that I can get dry / warm?
The arenas will be dry but if you need assistance please go to the Welfare and Information Tent.

Is there anywhere I can top up/charge my mobile phone?
There is likely to be a mobile phone charging stall in the Market area although this is still to be confirmed.

Is there anywhere I can leave a message for a friend?
Please leave messages at the Welfare & information tent inside the arena.

Can anybody help me to cancel a lost/stolen mobile phone/credit card?
Yes, please go to the Welfare & Information tent.

Hospitality

Can I upgrade my ticket to VIP?
This is subject to availability. We advise you to buy a Hospitality ticket before the event due to Hospitality Tickets traditionally selling out before the show.

If I have Hospitality tickets where do I obtain the relevant wristband(s)?
Instructions and directions will be posted to you before the show. You will exchange your ticket for a wristband at the hospitality or VIP box office.You should have received Instructions and directions, when purchasing your ticket / or will arrive with your ticket through the post. Hospitality tickets need to be exchanged for wristbands at the Hospitality box office. Please follow signs.

Do I just show my Hospitality ticket to get into the VIP /Hospitality parking?
Yes, your hospitality ticket will grant you access to the hospitality car parking area. Weekend hosptality tickets (without camping) will come as two separate tickets - one per day.

Does the hospitality buffet run all day in the VIP area?
Serving times are usually between 4pm and 11pm - this will be confirmed closer to the event date. please check website for up to date information.

Safety

Don't put yourself or others at risk by drinking too much alcohol. Drink in moderation - ensure you remain alert and aware of your surroundings. Be realistic - know your limits
Remember to drink plenty of water - especially if the weather is hot

Don't drink or use drugs and drive - you will be prosecuted. Make sure you have a designated driver arranged before the event who will stick to soft drinks

Place any drugs or weapons in the amnesty bins provided at the entrance - with no risk of police intervention

Drugs dogs will be used and searches will take place - anyone found with drugs, having not placed them into the amnesty bin, will be dealt with by police

Be aware of your surroundings - look after your friends and remember that you are safer in a group

Look after your belongings - make sure you keep them safe and out of sight

Don't risk having your mobile snatched - use your phone in well-lit areas and keep it safe

Do not leave valuables in tents overnight - please make use of safety deposit boxes, which are available at the campsite

Do not leave valuable items on display in your car - keep your belongings including mobile phones and wallets safe and out of sight

How can I report a crime?

TO REPORT A CRIME CONTACT CHESHIRE POLICE ON 0845 458 0000 OR CRIMESTOPPERS, ANONYMOUSLY, ON 0800 555 111. There is also a police station within the main arena, or you can speak to someone in the Welfare and Information Tent or speak to a member of security.

ArcAngel is Cheshire Police and its partners' approach to tackling alcohol related crime and disorder bringing together all operational, educational and diversionary activity aimed at alcohol fuelled crime, behaviour and incidents. It will continue to drive the agenda to raise standards. Cheshire Police will continue to apply a variety of tactics to deal with those people who persistently fail to take responsibility for their actions where alcohol is concerned whether the behaviour relates to an individual, a premises or a place. The brand name ArcAngel is derived from the acronym for Alcohol Related Crime (ARC). Angels historically are strong cultural icons that have three important roles - protector, observer and enforcer.

Is there anywhere I can take my prescribed medication?

Yes, the Event Site hospital. Please email us on info@cream.co.uk beforehand to make arrangements for you, and please provide us with a contact number.

Where are the exits?
Exits will be clearly signed around the site.

Is there a chill-out tent?
No.

Are pass-outs allowed?
No.

Can i bring food and drink into the event?
No only into the campsite.

Can I bring alcohol onto the site?
No only into the campsite.

Is glass allowed on site?
No, a decanting station is provided and liquids brought on site will need to be decanted here into plastic bottles.

What are the start and finishing times and can I go out and come back in?
Saturday 2pm-4am, Sunday 12pm-11pm. Campers on Sunday 10am until 11pm, Campsite to be cleared by 11am Monday. No pass outs are available at Creamfields.

Are there other stages apart from the Main Stage?
Yes.

Am I allowed to bring my video camera along?
No, still cameras are allowed, however no professional audio or photographic equipement is allowed.

Am I allowed to bring my camera along?
You will be allowed to bring non-proffesional cameras into the event. You must obtain permission to bring a professional camera into the event.

Tickets

What if ive been told from the ticket outlet that I am to collect on the day?
There will be a ticket collects window at the box office on arriving at the event. Please take your reference number and any other information you have been asked to bring to make sure you can obtain your ticket(s).

When are the tickets being mailed out?
The ticket seller will confirm this, the buyer should check with them.

Can anyone attend the festival?
Strictly Over 18's Only - We will be operating the Challenge 21 ID scheme.

Where can I buy tickets from if I don't have a credit card?
A list of independent ticket outlets around the country will be posted onto the website once they are on sale.

I am unable to attend but have already bought a ticket. Can I get a refund?
Creamfields operates a no refunds policy.

I have ordered tickets but they haven't arrived yet. What should I do?
Check with whoever you bought your tickets from i.e. Ticketline, Ticketmaster etc. For a full listing of Official ticket outlets and details click here.

Can I buy tickets on the day?
Yes, tickets will be available to purchase from the box office on the day. Please follow signage.

My tickets haven't arrived, what should I do?
Contact the ticket outlet who you bought your tickets from.

Travel

Is there a taxi rank outside the event?
Yes, there is a designated taxi rank outside the festival site. Please follow event signage.

Is there going to be parking at the festival? Will it cost any money?
There will be plenty of car parking spaces at the event site. There will be a charge for this.

Are you bringing a private coach to the festival?

I am travelling by train, where is the nearest train station?
Warrington Central or Runcorn, depending on where you are coming from and the train route.

I am thinking about bringing a coach to the event. What are the incentives?

Advice from Cheshire Police

This event is for over 18s only - wristbands will be given to ticket holders once they have provided satisfactory proof of age.

The Challenge 21 scheme will be in operation on site - expect to be asked for photographic proof of age.

Only use junction 11 or 12 of the M56.

Please make use of public transport or the shuttle bus services that are running to the event.
