I have 4, 3 or 2 Day ticket, but can’t arrive on the first day? Can i arrive the following day?

Yes, you can arrive any day your ticket is valid for.

When will i receive my ticket?

If you have purchased a ticket from one of our official ticket agents, tickets will start to be posted out 2 months before the event and can arrive up to a week before the show.   If there has been an issue with delivery or the ticket agent has advised you to collect, you will need to go to the Box office on site where you can collect your ticket, you will need to bring valid photo ID as proof of purchase and also have your order reference.

Can i bring a portable speaker?

No, sorry.     Please leave speakers at home (we have lots of speakers in the event arena!).  Portable speakers are a prohibited item and there is no facility to store prohibited items including speakers on site.  Items confiscated will be discarded.   The promoter is not responsible for abandoned items

Where do i redeem my Gold Food token?

If you have purchased a gold ticket, as part of your package you receive a complimentary meal each day, the QR token is attached to your wristband and can only be used in the Hospitality Arena and can only be scanned once per day (depending on the number of days you are on site)

When will I receive my ticket?

Tickets will be issued closer to the event and could arrive up to a week before the event.  If you have any concerns regarding your tickets please contact the ticket agent you purchased your ticket from.

What are the opening and closing times for Creamfields?

Can I Wear A Mask To Creamfields?

Facemasks can be worn.   Offensive and full face covering masks are prohibited.

Can I Bring A Suitcase?

Yes you can if you have purchased a camping ticket, but remember Creamfields is in the middle of a field, we recommend bringing a rucksack instead.

Day ticket holders can bring a bag no bigger than an A4 piece of paper.

Can I bring glass / mirrors?

No glass is allowed at Creamfields. This includes perfume, foundation bottles, aftershave and mirrors. These are prohibited items and will be confiscated at the entrance (please note there is no facility to leave your belongings and collect after the show) so please double check before you arrive at the show.

*Small make up compact mirrors are acceptable.

Can I bring a Gazebo to Creamfields?

No, please understand we have thousands of campers on site and even though they look pretty, unfortunately we don’t have enough space for you to erect a gazebo.

Please note:-

Festival Tickets are not included in your accommodation price, and must be booked separately. Everyone staying in your Dreamfields accommodation must have a 2, 3 or 4 day Creamfields Camping ticket (Standard, Bronze, Silver or Gold) to gain entry

If purchasing a Pre Pitch tent – this does NOT include the price of your ticket, and you will need to purchase a Bronze festival ticket separately.


What is the difference between a Gold, Silver, Bronze & Standard ticket?

We have several different ticket packages ranging from Standard / Bronze / Silver / Gold, click here for more info on what each different ticket package includes.

What will be available to buy at Co op concession on site at Creamfields this year?

Co op will be returning with their onsite store, located in the Campsite Village (so only accessible to Camping ticket holders) and selling a range of products including food, sandwiches, soft drinks, cereals, fruit, crisps, toilet roll, disposable BBQ’s, tobacco + much more.

N.B. Please note due to licensing restrictions there are no off license concessions on site.  Alcohol is only available to purchase from the bars.

What is Pre-Pitch & Party?

If you don’t want the hassle of lugging your tent and prefer a more leisurely and luxurious festival experience arriving onsite to your pre-erected accommodation then ‘Pre Pitch & Party’ is for you. This private campsite located next to our Campsite Village and Arena Entrance and within the Bronze campsite (N.B Pre pitch is not located in the Dreamfields Campsite), is as close to the party as you’re going to get.

If purchasing a Pre Pitch tent, please note this does NOT include your festival ticket, and you will need to purchase a Bronze ticket separately.

What age do you need to be to attend Creamfields?

Creamfields UK is strictly an 18’s and over event, and we will be operating a strict Challenge 21 policy at the entrances / bars and spot checks will be in operation around the festival site.  Please ensure you bring acceptable forms of valid ID, these are:-

o    An in date photographic driver’s license or provisional licence,

o    A valid passport (not a photocopy). Out of date passports will NOT be accepted.

o    A Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card (showing the PASS hologram) more information on the pass scheme website.

o    An in date Armed Forces Photo ID Card

o    A national photo identity card issued by country of origin (other than the United Kingdom)

What can I and can’t I bring to Creamfields?

  • No person is permitted on site without a valid ticket or pass
  • All tickets must be carefully checked prior to entry on to site

  • The event management reserve the right to refuse any item not detailed above that they deem inappropriate or dangerous to bring in to the event

What forms of ID do i need to bring?

Driving Licence – A full or provisional driving licence which is within date

Passport – A passport which is within date

Any identification card bearing the PASS logo – more information on the pass scheme website

Is there a drop off and pick up zone?

The drop off and pick up point is located near to the North car park. Please follow event road signage for DROP OFF/PICK UP .

This applies for ALL ticket holders, including Gold, Silver, Bronze & Dreamfields. Follow all road signage for Drop Off/Pick Up.  Do not attempt access to the South car parks for dropping off as you be directed back to the drop off point which will add time to your journey and you may be charged the standard car parking rate.

When is Creamfields?

Creamfields UK 2023 is a 4 day festival and takes place across the August Bank Holiday weekend on Thursday 24th, Friday 25th, Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th August 2023 in Daresbury, Cheshire in the North West of England, in between Liverpool and Manchester.

Where can I buy a ticket?

A full list of official ticket agents and which tickets they offer can be found here.  Please only purchase from an official ticket agent listed on our website.   If purchasing elsewhere eg. secondary ticket sites, social media etc, there is no guarantee that the ticket you are purchasing is legitimate

Can I leave the event site and then come back (i.e. are there pass-outs)?

There are no pass outs at Creamfields.

If you have a camping ticket and you leave the festival site you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY

If you have a day ticket and you leave the festival site you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY

If you have a 2 or 3 day ticket WITHOUT camping you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY ON INDIVIDUAL DAYS. On leaving the event after each day you will need to produce the ticket for the next day to gain re-entry

My 18th birthday is during the festival – Can I still attend?

We’d love for you to spend your 18th birthday with us! You can still attend provided you are 18 or over on the day you wish to enter the festival site. You can also buy your ticket before your 18th birthday.

For example, if your 18th birthday falls on the Saturday of the event weekend then you would only be able to enter the festival from the Saturday onwards. You would not be allowed entry on the Thursday or Friday.

Do I need another ticket if I buy Dreamfields or Pre Pitch accommodation?

Dreamfields accommodation is purchased separately, however, you must have an event ticket (Gold, Silver or Bronze camping) to gain access to the event which is NOT included in the price of your Dreamfields accommodation.   More info can be found here 

If purchase a Pre Pitch tent, you still need to purchase your festival ticket separately and must be a Bronze ticket (Pre Pitch campsite is located in within the Bronze campsite).

Are campervans or caravans allowed?

No, sorry you cannot bring your campervan – the campsites at Creamfields are tented only. If you purchase a Camping ticket then you must camp within our campsites.

You may not camp in the car parks or sleep in your car.

Will there be food and drink concessions in the campsite?

Yes, there will be various food and drink concessions onsite, this includes the event arena and camping village.  This includes vegetarian, vegan, Gluten Free and Halal options which will be clearly labelled on the traders menus and a full list of allergens will be available to view on each outlet.  Please liase with the individual traders onsite if you have any special dietary concerns and they will be able to assist.

I have a Gold/Silver/Bronze – Can I visit my friends in the Standard Campsite?

Yes, you can! You will be able to visit the Standard Campsite with these tickets.

Only customers with a Bronze ticket can access the Bronze campsite

Are there any showers in the campsite?

For standard camping ticket holders, you have the option to purchase a pass to our on site shower facilities ‘Club Class’.  This area is a private compound giving you access to  showers, proper toilets and the pamper lounge complete with make up stations, hair dryers and GHD’s.   Club Class is available to pre book now


For those with Gold and Silver Camping tickets, or if you have purchased Dreamfields accommodation, showers, access to proper toilets and the pamper tent which includes straighteners, hair dryers, mirrors etc. are all included within your ticket package and can be found within the Gold & Silver campsites and the Dreamfields campsite.


For those with Bronze tickets, your ticket includes access to Showers & proper toilets both of which will be located in the Bronze campsites and Pre-Pitch & party campsite.



Are there any lockers for my valuables?

Yes, there will be locker facilities available to purchase in advance.   Lockers will be located in the Campsite village (so only accessible to camping ticket holders) near to the Co-op store and are accessible 24 hours.  Lockers will be on sale soon

Can I arrive a day later than my ticket allows?

Yes, this is absolutely fine. For example if you have bought a 4 day camping ticket you can arrive on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday.  If you have a 3 day camping ticket you can arrive on Friday, Saturday or Sunday etc

How much alcohol can I bring?

Alcohol may only be brought into the festival if you are camping. There is a limit of 24 cans and a 1 litre plastic bottle of spirit or wine per person. Any alcohol in glass bottles must be decanted into plastic bottles. Cans can be mixed – e.g. 12 cider and 12 lager and they may be loose (not in a crate) but must not exceed 24.


Please note that alcohol may not be brought into the event Arena which will be enforced upon entrance into the Arena.

Strictly NO kegs allowed.

Can I stay in a hotel if I have a Camping ticket but do not want to camp?

Sadly, there are strictly NO pass outs at Creamfields. Therefore, if you wish to stay in a hotel then you will need to purchase a Day ticket or a 2 or 3 Day Non-Camping ticket.

What happens if my deposit scheme payment declines or defaults?

If your payment is declined or you do not have enough funds in your account then you will need to contact Ticketmaster to bring the account up to date. Your ticket will be held but will not be posted to you until you have paid the full amount.

Please ensure you contact Ticketmaster to advise of any changes to your card details to avoid this happening e.g. account closure or change of card number/expiry date.

Can I buy a Thursday or Friday day ticket?

Day Tickets can be purchased for Friday / Saturday or Sunday.   Also 2 day non-camping tickets (Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday) & 3 day non-camping tickets (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) .

If you wish to attend the festival on Thursday you must purchase 4 Day Camping ticket (we do not sell Thursday Day Tickets).
