Can i bring a portable speaker?

No, sorry.     Please leave speakers at home (we have lots of speakers in the event arena!).  Portable speakers are a prohibited item and there is no facility to store prohibited items including speakers on site.  Items confiscated will be discarded.   The promoter is not responsible for abandoned items

Where do i redeem my Gold Food token?

If you have purchased a gold ticket, as part of your package you receive a complimentary meal each day, the QR token is attached to your wristband and can only be used in the Hospitality Arena and can only be scanned once per day (depending on the number days you are on site)

How do I carry all my belongings to the campsite?

Jolly Green Sherpas – Barrow Hire

No need to struggle with your luggage upon arrival – the Jolly Green Sherpas will be bringing their Barrow Hire service back to Creamfields in 2022.

You can hire a barrow for just £25 (plus a refundable £50 deposit).

Plus, for every hire they plant a tree via a nonprofit reforestation project.

No need to pre-book, just look out for them in the car parks upon arrival.

When will I receive my ticket?

Tickets will be issued closer to the event and could arrive up to a week before the event.  If you have any concerns regarding your tickets please contact the ticket agent you purchased your ticket from.

What are the opening and closing times for Creamfields?

Can I Wear A Mask To Creamfields?

Facemasks can be worn.   Offensive and full face covering masks are prohibited.

Can I Bring A Suitcase?

Yes you can if you have purchased a camping ticket, but remember Creamfields is in the middle of a field, we recommend bringing a rucksack instead.

Day ticket holders can bring a bag no bigger than an A4 piece of paper.

Can I bring glass / mirrors?

No glass is allowed at Creamfields. This includes perfume, foundation bottles, aftershave and mirrors. These are prohibited items and will be confiscated at the entrance (please note there is no facility to leave your belongings and collect after the show) so please double check before you arrive at the show.

*Small make up compact mirrors are acceptable.

Can I bring a Gazebo to Creamfields?

No, please understand we have thousands of campers on site and even though they look pretty, unfortunately we don’t have enough space for you to erect a gazebo.

Please note:-

Festival Tickets are not included in your accommodation price, and must be booked separately. Everyone staying in your Dreamfields accommodation must have a 2, 3 or 4 day Creamfields Camping ticket (Standard or Gold) to gain entry

This year, purchasing a Pre-Pitch & Party package includes a bronze ticket – For Example, on the ticketmaster website, if you select to purchase 1 x  two-person tent this cost includes the cost of your two person tent + two Bronze festival tickets, a three person tent includes three Bronze fesetival tickets and so on.   You do not need to purchase a festival ticket separately if you have purchased a pre pitch tent.

What age do you need to be to attend Creamfields?

Creamfields UK is strictly an 18’s and over event, and we will be operating a strict Challenge 21 policy at the entrances / bars and spot checks will be in operation around the festival site.  Please ensure you bring acceptable forms of valid ID, these are:-

o    An in date photographic driver’s license or provisional licence,

o    A valid passport (not a photocopy). Out of date passports will NOT be accepted.

o    A Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card (showing the PASS hologram) more information on the pass scheme website.

o    An in date Armed Forces Photo ID Card

o    A national photo identity card issued by country of origin (other than the United Kingdom)


*Please note that customers on site may be asked to produce ID at any point during the event so we advise ALL customers to bring valid ID. In addition, we operate a Challenge 21 policy so please ensure you bring an acceptable form of proof of age ID.

What can I and can’t I bring to Creamfields?

  • No person is permitted on site without a valid ticket or pass
  • All tickets must be carefully checked prior to entry on to site

  • The promoter is not responsible for abandoned items
  • The event management reserve the right to refuse any item not detailed above that they deem inappropriate or dangerous to bring in to the event

Disabled Access + How to apply for access & PA ticket

In order to provide the best possible experience, we ask that everyone who wishes to use the access facilities at Creamfields complete and submit an Access Requirements Form prior to arriving on-site.



Our 2022 Access Requirement Form is now open.  Please apply here 


Please note we do not sell ‘disabled tickets’, so you will need to purchase a standard ticket in advance before applying.



When applying for access at Creamfields we ask that you provide one of the following forms of documentation which will act as evidence of your requirements. Without this documentation we will be unable to grant you access or provide complimentary PA Tickets.


Please note: If you are on the Festival Republic access database (i.e. have previously applied and had an application approved within the last three years) you may not need to re-supply documentation.


Accepted forms of documentation are

·         DLA (Care and / or mobility)

·         PIP (Personal Independence Payment)

·         A Medical Professionals letter (to be reviewed case by case)

·         Armed Forces Independence Payment

·         War Disablement Pension

·         D/deaf or blind registration

·         The Nimbus Access Card

·         Blue Badge (Permitted for parking requests only)

Alternatively, if you do have required documentation but are unable to include it in your application, please state you will forward it to us (by email or post) in the ‘Additional Notes’ box on the form.


All submitted documentation is kept strictly confidential and securely destroyed after processing.



Whilst submitting your application form, you can choose to join Festival Republic’s Access Database. By doing so, once accepted a first time, you will not need to resubmit documentation for a further three years and will automatically be pre-approved for access at our festivals.


Please note: Once approved we will only retain your name and email address. We will never use your information for any other purposes (unless specifically stated) or share this with any third parties.



We aim to process all applications within 4 weeks of customers submitting an Access Requirements Form; however, due to demand, this is not always possible.


Once your application has been approved we will send a confirmation email, detailing the facilities you have requested access to, and confirming your PA Ticket (if applicable).


Nearer the event successful applicants will also be sent an email containing a downloadable Access Guide.




Everyone who successfully applies for access at Creamfields will be sent an Access Guide (via email) 1 week prior to the event, including detailed access information.


The Access Guide will include:


  • Arrival Information
  • Site Changes and Updates
  • Access Maps (including route distances, charging points, accessible toilet and platform locations and more)
  • Opening Times
  • Access Facilities and more
  • We recommend saving a copy of the Access Guide for your own reference (once available). No hard copies will be available on-site.

A downloadable copy of the Access Guide will also be available here nearer the event.

What forms of ID do i need to bring?

Driving Licence – A full or provisional driving licence which is within date

Is there going to be a car park at the festival? How much does it cost?

You can prebook a Car Park pass in advance from Ticketmaster as an add-on to your Creamfields ticket booking. If you purchase in advance prices are £25 for 4, 3 & 2 Day camping. To prebook please click here

N.B  If you have a Bronze ticket (this includes customers who have purchased Pre Pitch & Party accommodation) and wish to book your car parking in advance you will need to purchase a Bronze Car Park Pass.  Standard ticket holders will need to purchase a Standard Car Park Pass.

Alternatively, there is plenty of parking at the festival and you can pay for parking when you arrive.   If paying on the day, Car Park prices are £20 for 4 , 3 & 2 Day camping, £30 for £20 per day for Day Ticket holders.


** Please note Day only parking tickets cannot be purchased in advance and must be paid for on the day.

*** If you have a Gold or Silver ticket or have booked Dreamfields accommodation as part of your package you get free car parking and you do not need to purchase a car park pass.  Please follow directions on your car park pass which will be issued before the event, please note that once one car park fills up customers will be directed to another car park on site.

Is there a drop off and pick up zone?

The drop off and pick up point is located near to the North car park. Please follow event road signage for DROP OFF/PICK UP & DAY TICKETS. Make sure you get picked up at the same place.

This applies for ALL ticket holders, including Gold, Silver, Bronze & Dreamfields. Follow all road signage for Drop Off/Pick Up. You will be able to use the North entrance to gain access to the festival campsites. Do not attempt access to the South car parks for dropping off as you be directed back to the drop off point which will add time to your journey and you may be charged the standard car parking rate.

Can I leave the event site and then come back (i.e. are there pass-outs)?

There are no pass outs at Creamfields.

If you have a camping ticket and you leave the festival site you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY

If you have a day ticket and you leave the festival site you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY

If you have a 2 or 3 day ticket WITHOUT camping you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY ON INDIVIDUAL DAYS. On leaving the event after each day you will need to produce the ticket for the next day to gain re-entry

My 18th birthday is during the festival – Can I still attend?

We’d love for you to spend your 18th birthday with us! You can still attend provided you are 18 or over on the day you wish to enter the festival site. You can also buy your ticket before your 18th birthday.

For example, if your 18th birthday falls on the Saturday of the event weekend then you would only be able to enter the festival from the Saturday onwards. You would not be allowed entry on the Thursday or Friday.

Do I need another ticket if I buy a Dreamfields package?

Dreamfields accommodation can be purchased separately or as a package (Dreamfields accommodation & your festival ticket), however, you must have an event ticket to gain access to the event and into the Dreamfields Campsite.  More info can be found here

What facilities will there be on the campsite?

The Campsites will be filled with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You will have access to various food and non-food concessions, phone charging units, lockers, a camping supplies store, a general store, Co-op store. First Aid, Welfare Chill Out and information hubs are also located at the event – please head to one of our signposted campsite hubs where you will be assisted.

Free Water taps are located around the campsite and the event arena. We recommend customers bring recyclable water bottles and re-fill at the free drinking water taps on site.

Hot showers and ‘proper’ toilets come as part of the package for Gold, Silver, Bronze and Dreamfields & Pre-Pitch & Party bookers.

Are there any showers in the campsite?

For those with Gold and Silver Camping tickets, or if you have purchased Dreamfields accommodation, showers, access to proper toilets and the pamper tent which includes straighteners, hair dryers, mirrors etc. are all included within your ticket package and can be found within the Gold & Silver campsites and the Dreamfields campsite.


For those with Bronze tickets, your ticket includes access to Showers & proper toilets both of which will be located in the Bronze campsites and Pre-Pitch & party campsite.


For standard camping ticket holders, you have the option to purchase a pass to our on site shower facilities.  This area is a private compound giving you access to  showers, proper toilets and the pamper lounge complete with make up stations, hair dryers and GHD’s.   More information on when this will be available to pre book coming soon


Can I arrive a day later than my ticket allows?

Yes, this is absolutely fine. For example if you have bought a 4 day camping ticket you can arrive on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday.  If you have a 3 day camping ticket you can arrive on Friday, Saturday or Sunday etc

How much alcohol can I bring?

Alcohol may only be brought into the festival if you are camping. There is a limit of 24 cans and a 1 litre plastic bottle of spirit or wine per person. Any alcohol in glass bottles must be decanted into plastic bottles. Cans can be mixed – e.g. 12 cider and 12 lager and they may be loose (not in a crate) but must not exceed 24.


Please note that alcohol may not be brought into the event Arena which will be enforced upon entrance into the Arena.

Strictly NO kegs allowed.

Can I stay in a hotel if I have a Camping ticket but do not want to camp?

Sadly, there are strictly NO pass outs at Creamfields. Therefore, if you wish to stay in a hotel then you will need to purchase a Day ticket or a 2 or 3 Day Non-Camping ticket.

What happens if my deposit scheme payment declines or defaults?

If your payment is declined or you do not have enough funds in your account then you will need to contact Ticketmaster to bring the account up to date. Your ticket will be held but will not be posted to you until you have paid the full amount.

Please ensure you contact Ticketmaster to advise of any changes to your card details to avoid this happening e.g. account closure or change of card number/expiry date.

Can I buy a Thursday or Friday day ticket?

Day Tickets can be purchased for Friday / Saturday or Sunday.   Also 2 day non-camping tickets (Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday) & 3 day non-camping tickets (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) .

If you wish to attend the festival on Thursday you must purchase 4 Day Camping ticket (we do not sell Thursday Day Tickets).
