- 6 Part Payment Plan is available to any customer buying a pre pitch camping package. This payment plan allows tickets to be paid with an initial deposit and 6 monthly payments.
- Pay the first instalment on the purchase date to secure your package. Once you’ve paid the initial instalment, the following instalment will be taken on the 1st of the following month and then 1st of the following month.
- Check how much each payment will be on the table above and by clicking here.
- If the card payment fails you may lose your package, make sure you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the payments.
- Make sure the card you first used is still valid. Payment is taken from the card you first used to secure your ticket. If your card has expired or you have lost or cancelled it, we won’t be able to take the next payment, and you could lose your ticket. Please contact Ticketmaster directly before the next payment is due if this is the case.
- Please note that it may take a few days for your payment to come out of your account. Please be patient. If you have any concerns, please contact VIP Nation customer service, who can advise you on this.
- 7 Part Payment Plan is available to any customer buying a ticket between 01/01/2026 & 31/01/2026. This payment plan allows tickets to be paid with a £20 deposit and 7 monthly payments.
- Pay just £20 to secure your ticket. Once you’ve paid the first £20, the following instalment will be taken on the 1st of February and then 1st of each month thereafter.

If you have purchased a ticket and wish to upgrade your ticket level, type or duration, (for example from standard to gold, or from non-camping to camping or 3 day to 4 day), depending on availability you can do this by logging into your Ticketmaster account and contacting Ticketmaster’s fan support service. Important Notes:
- Please note tickets are non-refundable.
- If your new ticket is of lower value than your original ticket, the difference cannot be refunded
- All upgrades and changes to tickets are subject to availability.
- Tickets can only be upgraded by the original booker and cannot be transferred.
What’s included with my Camping Ticket?
Bronze
Bronze tickets give you access to the Bronze campsite only which includes hot showers, ‘proper’ toilets and a 24-hour info hub. Please note ONLY BRONZE TICKET HOLDERS will be allowed access into the Bronze campsite.
Silver
Silver tickets give you access to the Gold/Silver campsite which includes access to hot showers, ‘proper’ toilets, 24-hour info hub, Pamper tent + free car park pass.
Gold
Gold tickets give you access to the Gold/Silver campsite which includes access to hot showers, ‘proper’ toilets, 24-hour info hub, Pamper tent + free car park pass + access to the exclusive Gold Hospitality Arena where x1 complimentary meal will be served each day and features indoor and outdoor seating areas, exclusive concessions and services which includes cocktails, makeup, hair and glitter tent to enjoy the festival in style*
** All festival tickets include access into the event itself.
What’s included with my Day Ticket?
Gold Day
If you are purchasing a Gold Day ticket – you get free car parking plus access to the exclusive Hospitality Arena on site which will serve you up x1 complimentary meal each day. The Hospitality Arena also includes ‘proper toilets’, indoor and outdoor seating areas, leather sofas, wooden flooring, plus access to various exclusive concessions inside the hospitality arena*
Standard Day
If you are purchasing a Standard Day ticket – you get access to the Main Even Arena
**Gold, Silver and Bronze tickets do not include Dreamfields or Pre-Pitch accommodation, if you wish to book Dreamfields or Pre Pitch accommodation, this needs to be booked separately.*** Chargeable

CHANGE GROW LIVE
The team from Change Grow Live offer a confidential, free, open access service for anyone experiencing difficulties with drugs or alcohol. At Creamfields this year they will be around the campsites from 9am-5pm, Thursday-Sunday, providing harm reduction information. The team can be identified by their purple hi-visibility vests with Change Grow Live on the back. As well as mobile teams around the festival site they will also be located within our new Help Tents. Go and say hi if you see them!
PASTORS
Our team of volunteers from local churches are back again, their listening hubs will be located in the Campsite Village and Gold campsite (See Creamfields app for locations), the team are there to help customers who need help or are in difficulty eg. if you’ve lost your friends, tent etc. Offering a warm and safe place for people to chat and lend a listening ear with no judgement – just love and Jammy Dodgers!
BROOK
Sexual health charity Brook will have specialists available on site in the Campsite Village every day during the morning and afternoon. They’ll be providing free condoms as well as advice and guidance on contraception, STIs and safer sex.
If you require emergency contraception, these are available from Welfare & Help Tents across the festival site
