If you have purchased a ticket and wish to upgrade your camping ticket to gold, silver, bronze or your day ticket to camping or Gold etc, you can do this at the box office on the day by paying the difference .   If you are not the account holder of the original booking, you will need a letter of authorisation from the original booker/account holder (Letter of Authorisation – Ticketmaster Help), along with your original ticket.  Please note tickets are non-refundable.
