Private Hire

Any customers travelling to Pepsi MAX presents Creamfields 2026 in a private hire vehicle with 17 seats (16 seats + driver) or more MUST pre-book a departure time for Monday 31st August 2026.

This will allow vehicles to park in the designated ‘Private Coaches’ area and collect their party at their chosen time slot. Once you have booked your slot, the booker will be issued a parking permit which must be window displayed on approach to the event.

• Parking slots can be purchased for £27.50 +BF. You need to book a slot for each vehicle using the Creamfields transport hub area.
• There is no charge to drop off at the official coach park, the charge relates to your pick up slot on Monday
• This is for all vehicles with 17 seats (16 seats + driver) or more ONLY
• Any vehicles under 17 seats (16 seats + driver) will need to use the pick up/drop off area at the festival
• Parking permits will be sent by email approximately 1 week prior to the event
• Vehicles and passengers must be ready to depart at the Pick Up/Drop Off location within the 30-minute time slot booked

Availability for each time slot is limited, it is highly recommended that you book in advance ASAP to avoid being turned away.

For customer safety drivers are advised NOT to stop or drop off on local roads and follow event signage for ‘Private Coaches’, CCTV will be in operation. Drivers who are required to rest, please find a local facility away from the festival site.

Under the Road Traffic Act, DVSA have the right to inspect any minibuses/coaches on site or on approach to Pepsi MAX presents Creamfields 2026. There is no requirement for the inspectors to have a reasonable belief that an offence has been/is likely to be committed and they can inspect at any time during the duration of the festival. It is an offence to try to prevent an examiner from inspecting a vehicle.
