Tickets are non-refundable (as per festival T&C’s) , however, you can still cancel your booking if you have purchased on the deposit scheme and this will also ensure no future instalments come out.   You need to contact Ticketmaster who you booked as we don’t have access to your booking, you can do this by using the ‘Contact Us’ section at the bottom of this webpage https://help.ticketmaster.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/360006454593-Creamfields     and they will be able to cancel your booking.

Alternatively if you have taken out ticket insurance please contact your ticket agent and they will be able to assist further. Or you can pass your ticket to a friend.
