How does the Luxury Camping Payment Plan work?
You can purchase luxury camping for Creamfields 2027 in full or with our 6-part Instalment plan.
- The 6-Part Instalment plan is available to any customer buying a luxury camping package. This payment plan allows tickets to be paid across 6 monthly instalments
- Pay the first instalment on the purchase date to secure your package. Once you’ve paid the initial instalment, the following instalment will be taken on the 1st of the following month and then 1st of the following month. – for the first plan the payment could be taken the 29th / 30th Sept and then the 1st payment is November and then 1st of every month after that.
- To get an update on your instalments and payments, customers can check their Ticketmaster account for details.
- If the card payment fails you may lose your package, make sure you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the payments.
- Make sure the card you first used is still valid. Payment is taken from the card you first used to secure your ticket. If your card has expired or you have lost or cancelled it, we won’t be able to take the next payment, and you could lose your ticket. If you need to update your card details you can do this yourself by logging into your Ticketmaster account.
- Please note that it may take a few days for your payment to come out of your account. Please be patient. If you have any concerns, please contact VIP Nation customer service, who can advise you on this.

Different bed configurations are available depending on the size of your accommodation. For example, a three-person accommodation may be set up as three single beds or one double and one single. For more information on the available configurations or to arrange your preferred set-up, please email info@pinkmoonpresents.co.uk.
Dreamfields and Pre-Pitch Accommodation for 2027 will be going on sale Tuesday 29th September at 9am (BST). Make sure you’re signed up to the App or newsletter and following us on social media for the latest updates and on-sale information.
We recommend securing your festival ticket in advance. Once available, Dreamfields and Pre-Pitch Accommodation can be booked alongside any camping ticket type (Gold, Silver, Bronze or Standard Camping ticket).
Festival tickets are not included in Dreamfields bookings, and you still need to have a Gold, Silver, Bronze or Standard camping ticket to be able to access the event.
We will email you with check-in details approximately one week before the event.
Please email us at info@pinkmoonpresents.co.uk with the names of the Lead Bookers and your Booking confirmation codes to register your request (e.g. 12-3456), but please note this may not always be possible – at Pre-Pitch we group the types of accommodation together, so please bear in mind if you and your friends have booked different accommodation types, this may make it difficult to fulfil your request. If you have booked accommodation in both Pre-Pitch and Dreamfields campsites we will not be able to group your bookings next to each other as these are separate campsites. Our request deadline is 6 weeks before the festival.

We don’t post anything out – we will send all relevant check-in information by email. Your festival tickets will be sent separately by the company you bought them from. Please note digital or physical scannable tickets are not sent out for Pre-Pitch accommodation bookings, information on how to check-in will be sent with the arrival information pack approximately one week before the event.
Car Parking is not included in Pre-Pitch so must be booked separately if required.
No, festival tickets are not included in the tent booking – you must purchase these separately here or add them to your order in the booking process. If you book a Pre Pitch tent, you will need to have a Standard, Bronze, Silver or Gold Camping ticket in order to access the festival.

Please check which accommodation type you purchased either by checking your confirmation email or signing into your account on Ticketmaster, you will then be able to see what is included.
We only dispatch physical car park passes – we will send all other relevant check-in information by email. Your festival tickets will be sent separately by the company you bought them from. Pre-Pitch Campsite is open from 12pm (midday) on Thursday until 12:00pm (midday) on Monday.

Everyone staying in your Dreamfields accommodation must have a 2, 3 or 4-day Creamfields Camping ticket (Standard, Bronze, Silver or Gold) to gain entry.
No, sorry. Power supply provided as part of your accommodation purchase is intended for device charging only. Nothing else is permitted and may cause power outages, fire hazard, and a risk to life.
Silver and Gold camping includes a pamper hub, showers and “proper toilets” inside the campsite. Freshfields can be found inside Downtown village and is different to the Silver/Gold campsite facilities. To access Freshfields you will need to purchase an additional wristband, however, we advise anyone with access to silver/gold campsite premium facilities to use them. (they are included in the price)
Luxury Camping at Creamfields is available so you can focus on making the most of your time and forget the hassles of bringing and setting up your own tent. Located in different parts of the festival we have options to suit everyone.
The two luxury camp sites are in different locations onsite and offer different types of accommodation. Dreamfields has a range of premium accommodations including Bell Tents, Tipi’s and Cabins, whereas Pre-Pitch has more simple, regular tents ready to move into on arrival. Both areas have ‘proper’ toilets & showers as well as 24-hour receptions.
Dreamfields Campsite – Is located in its own exclusive campsite (Dreamfields campsite is only accessible to those with a Dreamfields accommodation booking) and offers a range of premium accommodation structures, from Crew Huts to Bell Tents to Airstreams to Tipi’s, our accommodations and facilities provide the perfect chill out space for you to recharge, wash away last night’s glitter, and prepare yourself for the day ahead.
As well as the accommodation you will have the following:
• Access to private Dreamfields campsite
• Free car park pass (1 per 2 guests)

Pre-Pitch Campsite – Pre Pitch campsite is only accessible to those with a Pre Pitch booking, There are a range of tent sizes to choose from 2 / 4 or 8 person tents, and you can even add a sleep bundle (which includes sleeping mat(s) and sleeping bag(s) so that you have even less to carry on your journey to Creamfields.

Pre Pitch Campsite packages includes:
- Your choice of a 2, 4, or 8-person Pre-Pitched tent with or without Sleep Bundle
- Your choice of a 3 or 5-person Standard Bell
- Access to a private Pre-Pitch campsite located next to Downtown Village & event Arena Entrance
- 24-hour Pre Pitch Campsite reception.

Sleep Bundle information: You can choose to add our sleep-bundle, including sleeping mat(s) and sleeping bag(s) for an extra fee. Sleep Bundles are only available as an Add On with a Pre Pitch Tents and not available on the ‘Standard Bell Tents’
****Please note customers who book accommodation within Dreamfields or Pre Pitch campsites must also have a festival ticket in order to gain access into the event.
No, festival tickets are not included with your Luxury Camping accommodation you must purchase a 2/3 or 4 Day camping ticket seperately (this gives you access into the event) or add your festival ticket to your order in the booking journey on the Ticketmaster website.
Luxury Camping accommodation and festival tickets are available on the monthly Payment Plan, Klarna or can be paid in full.
Everyone staying in your Dreamfields accommodation must have a 2, 3 or 4-day Creamfields Camping ticket (Standard, Bronze, Silver or Gold) to gain entry.
Everyone staying in Pre-Pitch is required to have a 2, 3 or 4 day Creamfields Camping ticket (Standard, Bronze, Silver or Gold) to gain entry for the duration specified by your ticket.

Dreamfields and Pre-Pitch accommodation will open at 12:00 noon (midday) on Thursday 26th August and you will need to leave by 12:00 noon on Monday 30th August 2027 however your arrival day will depend on the camping ticket you have purchased (eg 4,3 or 2 day camping).
- Festival Tickets are not included in the Dreamfields and Pre Pitch accommodation price and must be booked separately. Everyone staying in your accommodation must have a Standard, Bronze, Silver or Gold 2, 3 or 4 day Creamfields Camping ticket to gain entry.
Dreamfields – There is one car pass per two people included with your accommodation, this will be sent out in the post closer to the date of the festival.
Pre-Pitch – Car Parking is not included in Pre-Pitch so must be booked separately, if required.
