Luxury Camping at Creamfields is available so you can focus on making the most of your time and forget the hassles of bringing and setting up your own tent.  Located in different parts of the festival we have options to suit everyone.

Dreamfields Campsite – Is located in its own exclusive campsite (Dreamfields campsite is only accessible to those with a Dreamfields accommodation booking) and offers a range of premium accommodation structures, from Crew Huts to Bell Tents to Airstreams to Tipi’s, our accommodations and facilities provide the perfect chill out space for you to recharge, wash away last night’s glitter, and prepare yourself for the day ahead.

As well as the accommodation you will have the following:

• Access to private Dreamfields campsite
• Free car park pass (1 per 2 guests)
• 24-hour Dreamfields reception & site security
• ‘Proper’ toilets & showers
• Pamper tent with hairdryers and straighteners provided
• Phone charging hub (at extra cost)

***Please note customers purchasing Dreamfields accommodation must also have a camping ticket (Gold, Silver, Bronze or Standard camping) in order to get access into the festival***  

Pre-Pitch Campsite – Pre-Pitch is located in its own exclusive campsite within Bronze campsite (Pre Pitch campsite is only accessible to those with a Pre Pitch booking) and located next to the Campsite Village & closest to the Event arena.    There are a range of tent sizes to choose from 2 / 4 or 8 person tents, and you can even add a sleep bundle (which includes sleeping mat(s) and sleeping bag(s) so that you have even less to carry on your journey to Creamfields.

PLUS due to demand we have introduced a new structure to the Pre Pitch Campsite for 2024 – ‘Unfurnished Bell Tents’ are also now available 

As well as the accommodation you will have the following:

• Your choice of a 2, 4 or 8-person Pre-Pitched tent with or without Sleep Bundle
• Your choice of a 3 or 5 person Unfurnished Bell Tent
• Access to private Pre-Pitch campsite located next to Campsite Village & Arena Entrance

• ‘Proper’ Toilets & Showers
• Phone charging hub (at extra cost)

***Please note customers purchasing a Pre Pitch tent must also have a Bronze, Silver or Gold camping ticket in order to access the event – standard camping tickets do not give access to the Pre Pitch campsite ***

Sleep Bundle information: You can choose to add our sleep-bundle, including sleeping mat(s) and sleeping bag(s) for an extra fee.  Sleep Bundles are only available as an Add On with a Pre Pitch Tents and not available on the ‘Unfurnished Bell Tents’

No, festival tickets are not included with your Luxury Camping accommodation – you must purchase a 2/3 or 4 Day camping ticket seperately (this gives you access into the event) or add your festival ticket to your order in the booking journey on the Ticketmaster website.

Luxury Camping accommodation and festival tickets are available on the monthly Payment Plan, Klarna or can be paid in full.

Everyone staying in your Dreamfields accommodation must have a 2, 3 or 4-day Creamfields Camping ticket (Standard, Bronze, Silver or Gold) to gain entry.

Everyone staying in Pre-Pitch is required to have a 2, 3 or 4 day Creamfields Camping ticket (Bronze, Silver or Gold) to gain entry for the duration specified by your ticket. This means that Standard Camping ticketholders will NOT be allowed access to Pre-Pitch.

Its a common misconception that tents and equipment that are left behind at festivals are packed up and donated to those in need, however, the reality is that most abandoned tents and equipment end up in incineration / get burnt.  Our key message to anyone attending Rockstar Energy presents Creamfields or any festival is please take your tents home.   

In an effort to reduce waste, every year we organise a salvage operation which allows charities and community groups etc to join us on Monday afternoon after the festival to collect reusable tents and camping gear left behind.

You will be able to find access details for 2024 closer to the event at the Creamfields website. We will also email you with check-in details approximately one week before the event.

Dreamfields and Pre-Pitch will open at 12:00 noon (midday) on Thursday 22nd August and you will need to leave by 12:00 noon on Monday 26th August 2024 however this will also depend on the festival ticket you have purchased.

Festival Tickets are not included in the accommodation price and must be booked separately. Everyone staying in your accommodation must have a 2, 3 or 4 day Creamfields Camping ticket gain entry.

*IMPORTANT* –Dreamfields Customers (not pre-pitch) we will require a £50 refundable deposit upon check in.

Dreamfields – There is one car pass per two people included with your accommodation, this will be sent out in the post closer to the date of the festival.

Pre-Pitch – Car Parking is not included in Pre-Pitch so must be booked separately, if required.

We only dispatch physical car park passes if they are included in your booking– we will send all other relevant check-in information by email. Your festival tickets will be sent separately by the company you bought them from.

Please note digital or physical scannable tickets are not sent out for Luxury Camping accommodation bookings, information on how to check-in will be sent with the arrival information pack approximately 1 week before the event.
