Luxury Camping and Creamfields is available so you can focus on making the most of your time and forget the hassles of bringing and setting up your own tent. Located in different parts of the festival we have options to suit everyone.

Dreamfields – Offer a range of premium accommodation structures, from Crew Huts to Bell Tents, our accommodations and facilities provide the perfect chill out space for you to recharge, wash away last night’s glitter, and prepare yourself for the day ahead.

As well as the accommodation you will have the following:
• Access to private Dreamfields campsite
• Free car park pass (1 per 2 guests)
• 24-hour Dreamfields reception & site security
• ‘Proper’ toilets & showers
• Pamper tent with hairdryers and straighteners provided
• Phone charging hub (at extra cost)

Pre-Pitch – Pre-Pitch returns once more, providing you with ready to use tents close to the action of the Arena. You can choose from a range of sizes and even add a sleep bundle so that you have even less to carry on your journey to Creamfields.

As well as the accommodation you will have the following:
• Your choice of a 2, 4 or 8-person Pre-Pitched tent with or without Sleep Bundle
• Access to private Pre-Pitch campsite located next to Campsite Village & Arena Entrance
• 24-hour Campsite reception & site security
• ‘Proper’ Toilets & Showers
• Phone charging hub (at extra cost)

Sleep Bundle information: You can choose to add our sleep-bundle, including sleeping mat(s) and sleeping bag(s) for an extra fee.

No, festival tickets are not included in the tent booking – you must purchase these separately or add them to your order in the booking journey.

We have the option of Payment Plan or Full Price Tickets available.

Everyone staying in your Dreamfields accommodation must have a 2, 3 or 4-day Creamfields Camping ticket (Standard, Bronze, Silver or Gold) to gain entry.

As well as the option to pay for your Luxury Accommodation in full, you also have the option to purchase your Luxury Camping Accommodation on a Payment Plan.

The current scheme means you can spread the cost over 6 monthly instalments.

A £20 deposit plus the 1st Monthly instalment will be taken at the point of purchase, you will then have a further 5 monthly instalments before your structure is fully paid.

NB: The Festival Ticket Payment Plan is different from the Luxury Camping Payment Plan scheme

You will be able to find access details for 2024 closer to the event at the Creamfields website. We will also email you with check-in details approximately one week before the event.

Dreamfields and Pre-Pitch will open at 12:00 noon (midday) on Thursday 22nd August and you will need to leave by 12:00 noon on Monday 26th August 2024 however this will also depend on the festival ticket you have purchased.

Festival Tickets are not included in the accommodation price and must be booked separately. Everyone staying in your accommodation must have a 2, 3 or 4 day Creamfields Camping ticket gain entry.

*IMPORTANT* –Dreamfields Customers (not pre-pitch) we will require a £50 refundable deposit upon check in.

Dreamfields – There is one car pass per two people included with your accommodation, this will be sent out in the post closer to the date of the festival.

Pre-Pitch – Car Parking is not included in Pre-Pitch so must be booked separately, if required.

We only dispatch physical car park passes if they are included in your booking– we will send all other relevant check-in information by email. Your festival tickets will be sent separately by the company you bought them from.

Please note digital or physical scannable tickets are not sent out for Luxury Camping accommodation bookings, information on how to check-in will be sent with the arrival information pack approximately 1 week before the event.
