Key Information
- Bookings are in 2-hour sessions, to book a private hot tub, create a group booking. (Maximum 6 persons) The two-hour time slot is for the hot tub access only, you are free to use other facilities for the rest of the day including the Sauna included in the price.
- Each booking includes use of hot tub, cold tub, hot and cold showers, and access to the sauna. You will also be able to access all Freshfields facilities for the rest of the day in both Event Arena and the Downtown Village, this includes proper flushing loos, pamper facilities, and more.
- You must arrive 15 minutes before your booking, your slot will be held for a maximum 15 minutes before being forfeited.
- Bring your own towels and swim-wear.
- It is important to stay hydrated before, during, and after your spa experience.
- You can pay in full, via payment plan (group bookings only) or with Buy Now Pay Later options.

If you want to secure your time and date, we suggest booking your slot in advance before they sell out. This gives access to the above with shared use of the Freshfields Spa facilities. A Freshfields Spa pass costs £35 when booked individually which includes a 2 hour hot tub session*, this gives you all-day access to the spa facilities within Freshfields Spa + exclusive pamper tent with hair straighteners and hair dryers, hot and cold showers, water stations and a covered/uncovered chill out area.
You can purchase as as a group which works out as £33.33 per person, with this you’ll get a Hot Tub all to yourself along with 5 mates.

Freshfields Spa is located within the Downtown campsite village. Please see the map on the app once revealed for the exact location.
You can pay by payment plan for group bookings, for all others, you can pay in full or with Klarna and Paypal at the end of the checkout.
Hot Tubs are monitored and cleaned throughout the day to ensure a safe and hygienic experience for all guests. We ask that all guests using the Spa facilities take a hot or cold shower with soap provided before each use. Booking slots are 1 hour and 50 minutes to ensure enough time for this procedure between guests.
