Key Information

• Bookings are in 2-hour sessions, to book a private hot tub, create a group booking. (Maximum 6 persons) The two-hour time slot is for the hot tub access only, you are free to use other facilities for the rest of the day including the Sauna included in the price.
• Each booking includes use of hot tub, cold tub, hot and cold showers, and access to the sauna. You will also be able to access all Freshfields facilities for the rest of the day in both Event Arena and the Downtown Village, this includes proper flushing loos, pamper facilities, and more.
• You must arrive 15 minutes before your booking, your slot will be held for a maximum 15 minutes before being forfeited.
• Bring your own towels and swim-wear.
• It is important to stay hydrated before, during, and after your spa experience.
• You can pay in full, via payment plan (group bookings only) or with Buy Now Pay Later options.
