If you have purchased a ticket and wish to upgrade your ticket level, type or duration, (for example from standard to gold, or from non-camping to camping or 3 day to 4 day) you can do this by logging into your Ticketmaster account and contacting Ticketmaster’s fan support service. Click here to do this, alternatively email info@cream.co.uk and someone will be able to assist. Or if purchased with another official ticket agent please contact their customer service directly and they will be able to assist, click here to find your ticket agent support service

 

Important Notes:

  • Please note tickets are non-refundable.
  • If your new ticket is of lower value than your original ticket, the difference cannot be refunded
  • All upgrades and changes to tickets are subject to availability.
  • Tickets can only be upgraded by the original booker and cannot be transferred.
