If you have purchased a ticket and wish to upgrade your ticket level, type or duration, (for example from standard to gold, or from non-camping to camping or 3 day to 4 day) you can do this by logging into your Ticketmaster account and contacting Ticketmaster’s fan support service. Click here to do this, alternatively email info@cream.co.uk and someone will be able to assist.

 

Important Notes:

  • Please note tickets are non-refundable.
  • If your new ticket is of lower value than your original ticket, the difference cannot be refunded
  • All upgrades and changes to tickets are subject to availability.
  • Tickets can only be upgraded by the original booker and cannot be transferred.
