If you’re a Gold ticket holder your oasis lies in the Hospitality arena with a number of indoor and outdoor seating areas.

Thanks for your email. If you have lost an item and are still onsite at the festival, please head to the Lost Property cabin (located next to Welfare/Medical Centre near to the Campsite Village entrance). Lost property will be open daily at the following times:-
22nd Aug – 12:00-02:00
23rd Aug – 09:00-02:00
24th Aug – 09:00-04:00
25th Aug – 09:00-02:00
26th Aug – 0800-1300
Alternatively, you can use the QR code to complete a lost property contact form, which is checked regularly by the Lost Property team. Once your form is received you will be contacted to let you know if your property has been found. We will compare information for lost and found items regularly to ensure we do our best to reunite the found items to their rightful owner.
After the event lost property queries should be sent through the lost property contact form on https://eventswellbeing.co.uk/lost-property. All reasonable attempts will be made to reunite lost items with their owners where possible. The Lost Property Team will compare found items with the lost items to see if they can match them. After a period of one month, any unclaimed items will be donated to charity or disposed of if necessary. Lost Property contact forms will also be destroyed after one month.

HELP TENTS
If you need help then visit one of the onsite ‘HELP TENTS’, located in the Campsite village and open 24 hours a day, you will also find them dotted around the event arena. Supporting our existing medical, welfare and other assistance provisions on site, our trained staff are on hand to help with anything you need whether that be, losing your friends, feeling unwell, personal safety, needing a bit of space to chill out or just needing to know where the nearest water point is, whatever it is our friendly teams are on hand to assist, and if they can’t answer your question….they know someone who will!
In addition we have ‘HELP TENTS’ located inside the event arena, operating as additional support units for our medical and security teams onsite. Staffed by trained professionals including paramedics these hubs are to ensure that medical and safety help or assistance is available and close by for festival goers if they you need it.
INFO HUBS
Our ‘INFO HUBS’ have been created as a meeting point for campers, a place you can go for help, assistance, a rest or even just to find out if there’s been a change to the set times – the Hubs are located in the campsites and staffed 24 hours by our friendly staff who are there to help. They might even make you a brew!
The festival is a sprawling site and can feel overwhelming. Orientate yourself by getting to know where the camping, Medical Centre, Welfare Tent, Help Tents and toilets are and use What3Words to pin your tent location.
For the best way of getting around, make sure you download our app where you can find an interactive map which will show you exactly where you are at any given time. Also, stay connected, stick with your group of friends and look out for one another, arrange a designated meeting place where you can regroup if you get separated. The Headphone arch is an easy one to find if you’ve not attended before.

We recommend that if you are prescribed medication and have been advised to use these continuously, please ensure you bring them with you and take them as prescribed. It’s worth noting that we DO allow prescribed medication on site. This has to be in your name and your ID may be asked to prove who you are.
ALL medication should be in the correct packaging, and any loose medication not in the correct packaging will not be allowed into the festival.
If you have specific medication which requires refrigeration this can also be stored at the Medical Centre on site and must be labelled with the customer’s name and contact details.
- Driving Licence – A full or provisional driving licence which is within date
- Passport – A passport which is within date
- Any identification card bearing the PASS logo – more information on the pass scheme website
- A national photo identity card issued by country of origin (other than the United Kingdom)
- Armed Forces PHOTO ID Card
*Please note that customers on site may be asked to produce ID at any point during the event so we advise ALL customers to bring valid ID. In addition, we operate a Challenge 21 policy so please ensure you bring an acceptable form of proof of age ID.
