Prize Promotion Notice
1. This Prize Promotion Notice sets out the details of the Rockstar Energy presents Creamfields x Rockstar Energy Drink Giveaway(opening Friday, 22nd August at 9am and closing Sunday, 24th August at 11:59pm). For the avoidance of doubt, PepsiCo, Inc. and each of its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, representatives and employees (Rockstar Energy Drink) is not the promoter of this Prize Promotion and will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising out of or in connection with participation in this Prize Promotion or any Prize awarded, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law or in respect of the delivery of the Prize.
2. The Prize Promotion is subject to these terms and our general terms and conditions for
Prize Promotions (“Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions”), which can be found at:

3. To enter the Prize Promotion, you must be:
a) resident in the United Kingdom or Ireland;
b) able to comply with these terms and all the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions; and
c) at least 18 years old.
4. To enter the Prize Promotion, participants need to enter through the dedicated prize draw page at https://fep.livenationinternational.com/hua2ietm?L=Full+Page. Participants will be required to complete the prize draw entry form with their full name, email address and phone number. Internet access and an email address are required to enter the Prize Promotion.
6. The Prize Promotion will commence on Friday, 22nd August at 9am and close on Sunday, 24th August at 11:59pm.
7. The “Prize” is 4x VIP Weekend tickets to Rockstar Energy presents Creamfields Festival 2026.
Please note, the Prize does not include the cost of: accommodation or equipment, food or drink on site, or any on-site services outside of the Prize itself.
8. There is 1 (One) Prize available.
9. There will be 1 (One) Winner in total.
10. If you are the winner of this Prize Promotion (“Winner”), you will be emailed and/or contacted by phone within 3 days of the prize draw closing and advised on how to collect the Prize. Please note that if you do not respond within 2 days, we reserve the right to select a different Winner.
11. Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize.
12. This Prize Promotion is a Prize draw as defined in our general Prize Promotion Notice

13. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice and
the terms outlined in our general Prize Promotion Notice Terms & Conditions, the terms of
this Prize Promotion Notice shall prevail.
14. Further to clause 11.1 of our general Prize Promotion Notice Terms and Conditions, consumers in Scotland and Northern Ireland may additionally bring an action in their home courts.
