Please email us at Creamfields@VIPNation.co.uk with the names of the Lead Bookers and your Booking confirmation codes to register your request (e.g. 12-3456), but please note this may not always be possible – at Pre-Pitch we group the types of accommodation together, so please bear in mind if you and your friends have booked different accommodation types, this may make it difficult to fulfil your request. If you have booked accommodation in both Pre-Pitch and Dreamfields campsites we will not be able to group your bookings next to each other as these are separate campsites. Our request deadline is 2 weeks before the festival.

Showers in Gold, Silver, Bronze & Dreamfields campsites will be open between 7am-9pm (N.B Shower Blocks will close on rotation for around 1 hour each afternoon for cleaning)

We don’t post anything out – we will send all relevant check-in information by email. Your festival tickets will be sent separately by the company you bought them from. Car Parking is not included in Pre-Pitch so must be booked separately if required.

‘Unfurnished Bell Tents’ are located in the Pre-Pitch Campsite only which is accessible to Bronze, Silver or Gold Camping ticket holders only). These are Bell Tents that come empty with no interior furniture, bedding, or beds.

• Unfurnished Pre-Pitch Bell Tent for up to 3 people – central pole height 2.5 metre x floor diameter 4 metres
• Unfurnished Pre-Pitch Bell Tent for up to 5 people – central pole height 3 metre x floor diameter 5 metres

Please check which accommodation type you purchased either by checking your confirmation email or signing into your account on Ticketmaster, you will then be able to see what is included.

Pre-Pitch Campsite is open from 12 noon (midday) on Thursday 27th until 12 noon on Monday 31st August 2026.

Thanks for your email.   If you have lost an item and are still onsite at the festival, please head to the Lost Property cabin (located next to Welfare/Medical Centre near to the Campsite Village entrance).  Lost property will be open daily at the following times:-

21nd Aug – 12:00-02:00
22nd Aug – 09:00-02:00
23rd Aug – 09:00-04:00
24th Aug – 09:00-02:00
25th Aug – 0800-1300

Alternatively, you can use the QR code to complete a lost property contact form, which is checked regularly by the Lost Property team.  Once your form is received you will be contacted to let you know if your property has been found.  We will compare information for lost and found items regularly to ensure we do our best to reunite the found items to their rightful owner.

After the event lost property queries should be sent through the lost property contact form on https://eventswellbeing.co.uk/lost-property.  All reasonable attempts will be made to reunite lost items with their owners where possible. The Lost Property Team will compare found items with the lost items to see if they can match them. After a period of one month, any unclaimed items will be donated to charity or disposed of if necessary. Lost Property contact forms will also be destroyed after one month.

No, sorry.  Power supply provided as part of your accommodation purchase is intended for device charging only. Nothing else is permitted and may cause power outages, fire hazard, and a risk to life.

Silver and Gold camping includes a pamper hub, showers and “proper toilets” inside the campsite. Freshfields can be found inside the general campsite village and is different to the Silver/Gold campsite facilities. To access Freshfields you will need to purchase an additional wristband, however, we advise anyone with access to silver/gold campsite premium facilities to use them. (they are included in the price)

• 6 Part Payment Plan is available to any customer buying a pre pitch camping package. This payment plan allows tickets to be paid with an initial deposit and 6 monthly payments.
• Pay the first instalment on the purchase date to secure your package. Once you’ve paid the initial instalment, the following instalment will be taken on the 1st of the following month and then 1st of the following month.
• Check how much each payment will be on the table above and by clicking here.
• If the card payment fails you may lose your package, make sure you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the payments.
• Make sure the card you first used is still valid. Payment is taken from the card you first used to secure your ticket. If your card has expired or you have lost or cancelled it, we won’t be able to take the next payment, and you could lose your ticket. Please contact Ticketmaster directly before the next payment is due if this is the case.
• Please note that it may take a few days for your payment to come out of your account. Please be patient. If you have any concerns, please contact VIP Nation customer service, who can advise you on this.

Luxury Camping at Creamfields is available so you can focus on making the most of your time and forget the hassles of bringing and setting up your own tent.  Located in different parts of the festival we have options to suit everyone.

The two sites are in different locations and offer different types of accommodation. Dreamfields has a range of premium accommodations including Bell Tents and Cabins, whereas Pre-Pitch has more simple, regular tents ready to move into on arrival. Both areas have ‘proper’ toilets & showers as well as 24-hour receptions.

Dreamfields Campsite – Is located in its own exclusive campsite (Dreamfields campsite is only accessible to those with a Dreamfields accommodation booking) and offers a range of premium accommodation structures, from Crew Huts to Bell Tents to Airstreams to Tipi’s, our accommodations and facilities provide the perfect chill out space for you to recharge, wash away last night’s glitter, and prepare yourself for the day ahead.

As well as the accommodation you will have the following:

• Access to private Dreamfields campsite
• Free car park pass (1 per 2 guests)
• 24-hour Dreamfields reception & site security
• ‘Proper’ toilets & showers

Pre-Pitch Campsite – Pre-Pitch is located in its own exclusive campsite within Bronze campsite (Pre Pitch campsite is only accessible to those with a Pre Pitch booking) and located next to the Campsite Village & closest to the Event arena.    There are a range of tent sizes to choose from 2 / 4 or 8 person tents, and you can even add a sleep bundle (which includes sleeping mat(s) and sleeping bag(s) so that you have even less to carry on your journey to Creamfields.

PLUS due to demand we have introduced a new structure to the Pre Pitch Campsite for 2025 – ‘Unfurnished Bell Tents’ are also now available 

As well as the accommodation you will have the following:

• Your choice of a 3 or 5 person Unfurnished Bell Tent

Sleep Bundle information: You can choose to add our sleep-bundle, including sleeping mat(s) and sleeping bag(s) for an extra fee.  Sleep Bundles are only available as an Add On with a Pre Pitch Tents and not available on the ‘Unfurnished Bell Tents’

No, festival tickets are not included with your Luxury Camping accommodation you must purchase a 2/3 or 4 Day camping ticket seperately (this gives you access into the event) or add your festival ticket to your order in the booking journey on the Ticketmaster website.

Luxury Camping accommodation and festival tickets are available on the monthly Payment Plan, Klarna or can be paid in full.

Everyone staying in your Dreamfields accommodation must have a 2, 3 or 4-day Creamfields Camping ticket (Standard, Bronze, Silver or Gold) to gain entry.

Everyone staying in Pre-Pitch is required to have a 2, 3 or 4 day Creamfields Camping ticket (Bronze, Silver or Gold) to gain entry for the duration specified by your ticket. This means that Standard Camping ticketholders will NOT be allowed access to Pre-Pitch.

Its a common misconception that tents and equipment that are left behind at festivals are packed up and donated to those in need, however, the reality is that most abandoned tents and equipment end up in incineration / get burnt.  Our key message to anyone attending Creamfields or any festival is please take your tents home.   

In an effort to reduce waste, every year we organise a salvage operation which allows charities and community groups etc to join us on Monday afternoon after the festival to collect reusable tents and camping gear left behind.

Dreamfields and Pre-Pitch will open at 12:00 noon (midday) on Thursday 21st August and you will need to leave by 12:00 noon on Monday 24th August 2024 however this will also depend on the festival ticket you have purchased.

Festival Tickets are not included in the Dreamfields accommodation price and must be booked separately unless Dreamfields Hotel package is purchased. Everyone staying in your accommodation must have a 2, 3 or 4 day Creamfields Camping ticket to gain entry unless you are attending with a Dreamfields Hotel booking, where festival tickets are included.

*IMPORTANT* – Dreamfields Customers (not pre-pitch) we will require a £50 refundable deposit upon check in.

Dreamfields – There is one car pass per two people included with your accommodation, this will be sent out in the post closer to the date of the festival.

Pre-Pitch – Car Parking is not included in Pre-Pitch so must be booked separately, if required.
