We’re excited to announce the return of our pre order click and collect camping supplies service, offering the ultimate convenience for campers who don’t want the hassle of carrying camping kit.
- No Heavy Lifting: Skip hauling your kit across the festival site—just pick it up when you arrive.

Festival tickets are not included in Dreamfields bookings, and you still need to have a Gold, Silver, Bronze or Standard camping ticket to be able to access the event.
Introducing ‘Downtown’ A Sports, Wellness, and Entertainment Village, ‘Downtown’ offering festival-goers a chance to mix fun, fitness, games, beauty, and relaxation.
Downtown is only accessible to camping ticket holders.
- Activities: Inflatable 5-a-side football, Basketball, Mini Golf, Bingo Bango, Rave Karaoke, and more.
- Entertainment: With a carefully curated timetable of entertainment including Live performances, theatrical performances, quizzes, DJ Academy, Tug of War and win a DJ set in the Turntable Takedown.
- Health & Fitness: Kickstart your day at the Fitness Zone, where you can join a variety of exercise groups. Enjoy features such as an on-site gym, CrossFit training, pull-up and running competitions, rave aerobics, yoga, Zumba, and relaxing massage and meditation sessions.
- Dining & Drinks: Enjoy great food, drinks, and live entertainment at the Culinary Quarter, featuring healthy options like Buddha Bowls, a salad bar, smoothies, and juices.
- Hair & Beauty: Stay festival-ready with daily pampering, including hair styling, makeup, nails, beauty treatments, and plenty of glitter to shine all day and night
Your instalment plan will be personalised based on what you order. When you purchase your ticket, you can add any extras or upgrades to your basket and spread the total cost across your instalment plan.
- Your monthly payments will be calculated based on the total value of your order, so you’ll have one personalised instalment plan covering everything you’ve purchased.

As well as the accommodation you will have the following:

Everyone staying in your Dreamfields accommodation must have a 2, 3 or 4-day Creamfields Camping ticket (Standard, Bronze, Silver or Gold) to gain entry.

HELP TENTS
If you need help then visit one of the onsite ‘HELP TENTS’, located in the Campsite village and open 24 hours a day, you will also find them dotted around the event arena. Supporting our existing medical, welfare and other assistance provisions on site, our trained staff are on hand to help with anything you need whether that be, losing your friends, feeling unwell, personal safety, needing a bit of space to chill out or just needing to know where the nearest water point is, whatever it is our friendly teams are on hand to assist, and if they can’t answer your question….they know someone who will!
In addition we have ‘HELP TENTS’ located inside the event arena, operating as additional support units for our medical and security teams onsite. Staffed by trained professionals including paramedics these hubs are to ensure that medical and safety help or assistance is available and close by for festival goers if they you need it.
INFO HUBS
Our ‘INFO HUBS’ have been created as a meeting point for campers, a place you can go for help, assistance, a rest or even just to find out if there’s been a change to the set times – the Hubs are located in the campsites and staffed 24 hours by our friendly staff who are there to help. They might even make you a brew!
The festival is a sprawling site and can feel overwhelming. Orientate yourself by getting to know where the camping, Medical Centre, Welfare Tent, Help Tents and toilets are and use What3Words to pin your tent location.
For the best way of getting around, make sure you download our app where you can find an interactive map which will show you exactly where you are at any given time. Also, stay connected, stick with your group of friends and look out for one another, arrange a designated meeting place where you can regroup if you get separated. The Headphone arch is an easy one to find if you’ve not attended before.

How it works
Copy the link below and send it to the person you’d like to locate. When they open the link, they’ll be taken to a web page which will display the 3 words for their location. The page has been designed to have a low data requirement, so it should load even in areas with poor data connection. They can then send you these words or give you them over the phone. If you are prescribed medication for continuous use, please ensure you bring it with you and take it as directed. Only the prescribed amount required for the duration of your stay at the event may be brought onsite. Medication must be in your name, and you may be asked to present identification to confirm this.
ALL medication should be in the correct packaging, and any loose medication not in the correct packaging will not be allowed into the festival.
If you have specific medication which requires refrigeration this can also be stored at the Medical Centre on site and must be labelled with the customer’s name and contact details.
- Driving Licence – A full or provisional driving licence which is within date
- Passport – A passport which is within date
- Any identification card bearing the PASS logo – more information on the pass scheme website
- A national photo identity card issued by country of origin (other than the United Kingdom)
- Armed Forces PHOTO ID Card
*Please note that customers on site may be asked to produce ID at any point during the event so we advise ALL customers to bring valid ID. In addition, we operate a Challenge 21 policy so please ensure you bring an acceptable form of proof of age ID.
