PRIZE PROMOTION NOTICE

1. This Prize Promotion Notice sets out the details of the CREAMFIELDS NORTH FESTIVAL 2023 Partner Survey (the “Prize Promotion”) being run by Cream Global Limited (“Our”, “Us” and “We”).
2. The Prize Promotion is subject to these terms and our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), which can be found at: https://creamfields.com/terms/privacy/
3. To enter the Prize Promotion, you must be:
   a) resident in the United Kingdom;
   b) able to comply with these terms and all the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions;
   c) at least 18 years old; and
4. To enter the Prize Promotion, you need to have received and completed the Partner Survey and opted-in.
5. The Prize Promotion will commence on 29.08.23 at 09:00 and end on 05.09.23 at 23:59.
6. The Prize is a pair of standard camping tickets to Creamfields North 2024 (the “Prize”).
7. There are 2 prizes available.
8. If you are a winner of the Prize Promotion (“Winner”), you will be notified within 1 month after 05.09.23 by email and advised on how to collect the Prize. Please note that if you do not respond within 1 month we reserve the right to select a different Winner.
9. Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize.
10. This Prize Promotion is a Prize draw as defined in the Terms of Use.
11. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice and the Terms of Use, the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice shall prevail.
