Digital Ticket Guide 2026
Your Guide to Creamfields Digital Tickets
This year, for the first time, all festival admission tickets and shuttle bus tickets will be digital. Your ticket will be stored securely on your phone through the Official Creamfields App, meaning there will be no physical ticket posted to you.
If you’ve never used a digital festival ticket before, don’t worry — we’ve put together this step-by-step guide to help you access your ticket, get ready for the festival, and transfer your ticket if your plans change.
Before you start
Make sure you have:
- A smartphone, iPhone or Android.
- Your ticket agent login details (Ticketmaster, Skiddle etc)
- The Official Creamfields App is downloaded to your phone
- Your phone is charged or has sufficient charge for when you need to have your ticket scanned, or you have a portable charger or means to charge your device.
**Top tip: Make sure you access your ticket before travelling to Creamfields. Don’t leave it until you arrive at the festival site, and have your screen at maximum brightness when scanning.
Got your Creamfields ticket through Ticketmaster or Skiddle? Here’s how to get it ready in the Creamfields app so you can have a stress free entry:
- Step 1: Claim your ticket in your Ticketmaster account. Log in to your Ticketmaster account at ticketmaster.co.uk.If you skip this step, your ticket won’t show up in the official Creamfields app.
- Step 2: Download the official Creamfields app. Get the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Step 3: Log into your account using your Ticketmaster or Skiddle log in details via the official Creamfields app. Head to the ‘My Tickets’ section and follow the prompts to log into your account. Once you’ve claimed your ticket and logged in, your ticket will appear under the My Tickets tab.
Our tips
- For quick and easy entry, please ensure you transfer tickets to the rest of your party before you arrive. To transfer a ticket to a friend, they must also have a Ticketmaster account and download the official Creamfields App in order to be able to access the ticket.
- To do this, tap the ‘Transfer Tickets’ button, enter your recipient’s information (including their email address, which they’ll need to register for a Ticketmaster account) and hit ‘Transfer Ticket.
- When the recipient accepts the transfer, they will receive a new barcode. The ticket in your account will then no longer be valid for entry.
- Ticket transfer will only become available w/c 17th August. You will not be able to transfer a ticket until after this date.
- Please note, ticket transfer only applies to tickets purchased through Ticketmaster.
- We recommend saving your tickets to your own e-wallet (Apple Wallet, Google Pay etc) before arriving at the festival. Please note screenshots will NOT be accepted.
