Keep your belongings secure and enjoy Creamfields hands-free. A limited number of e-lockers are available to book as an add-on when purchasing your festival tickets.
We recommend booking early to secure your preferred locker size and location.
How do I book a locker?
- Add a locker to your Ticketmaster order.
- Choose the correct locker location and day or weekend option.
- Select your preferred locker size and complete checkout.
- Your locker booking is valid only for the selected location and booking period. It does not include festival entry or access to areas not covered by your festival tickets.
Weekend lockers: £25 medium/£35 large + fees.
Day only lockers: £10 medium and £15 large + fees.

- Medium: 50 cm depth × 21 cm width × 24 cm height

Event Arena: Located directly beside the Creamfields Headphones Archway.
Downtown (Campsite Village): Located in the Ball Park, beside the Padel Courts.
Accessible Campsite: Located in the designated accessible campsite area beside the campsite hub.
- Have your locker reserved before you arrive.
- No need to purchase a locker on site.
- Share your locker with friends if you wish.
- Open and close your locker as often as you like during your booking period.
- No deposit and no physical key to collect or return.Only share your PIN with people you trust.
Your locker number and PIN will be sent by email before the event. These details are sent separately from your Ticketmaster booking confirmation.
If you pay by instalments, your booking must be paid in full before your locker details can be issued.
