The ticket you have purchased only provides access to the campsite specified on your ticket.  If you wish to camp with friends in a different campsite, you will need to resell your current ticket via Ticketmaster resale and purchase the appropriate camping ticket, subject to availability.

• Ticket transfer for shuttle bus tickets will be disabled at 4pm before the day of travel.
• Ticket Transfer will only become available soon.  You will not be able to transfer a ticket until after this date.

• Car Park passes can not be transferred

Souvenir tickets are available to purchase here.

Your souvenir ticket will be posted to you within 1 month after the event and sent to the address registered on your Ticketmaster account.

All tickets are digital, your festival tickets will be available closer to the event and available in the official Creamfields app.

Festival tickets are not included in Dreamfields bookings, and you still need to have a Gold, Silver, Bronze or Standard camping ticket to be able to access the event.

We’re making it easier for you to manage your Creamfields Instalment Plan booking through Ticketmaster, with more flexibility & control over your account.

You’ll be able to:

• Add extras to your basket & spread the cost on the same payment plan when purchased together

• Select how you want to pay at checkout. You can spread the cost or pay in full.

If you have signed up, you will have received a notification / email (check your spam folder in case it landed in there) with an exclusive link to purchase a Loyalty ticket which is live from 9am (BST) 4th September 2027.    Loyalty tickets can be purchased in full or on the exclusive 12 part payment plan, making it more affordable to spread the cost.

Your Pre-Pitch experience will include:

• Your choice of a 2, 4 or 8-person Pre-Pitched tent with or without Sleep Bundle, or Empty Bell tent for up to 3 or 5

As well as the accommodation you will have the following:

• Access to private Dreamfields campsite

Everyone staying in your Dreamfields accommodation must have a 2, 3 or 4-day Creamfields Camping ticket (Standard, Bronze, Silver or Gold) to gain entry.

Gold parking passes are for Gold ticket holders only and are not available for purchase. General car parking passes are available for purchase on your day of arrival or in advance.

If you have purchased a ticket and wish to upgrade your ticket level, type or duration, (for example from standard to gold, or from non-camping to camping or 3 day to 4 day), depending on availability you will need to secure the ticket you want and make the same payment to what has already been paid on your original booking., then contact Ticketmaster Customer service with the order reference for your original booking and the order reference for your new booking, they will be able to access your booking and initiate a refund on your original booking. If you have purchased with another official ticket agent please contact their customer service directly and they will be able to assist.

Important Notes:

• Please note tickets are non-refundable.
• If your new ticket is of lower value than your original ticket, the difference cannot be refunded
• All upgrades and changes to tickets are subject to availability.
• Tickets can only be upgraded by the original booker and cannot be transferred.

What’s included with my Camping Ticket?

Bronze

Bronze tickets give you access to the Bronze campsite only which includes hot showers, ‘proper’ toilets and a 24-hour info hub.  Please note ONLY BRONZE TICKET HOLDERS will be allowed access into the Bronze campsite.

Silver

Silver tickets give you access to the Gold/Silver campsite which includes access to hot showers, ‘proper’ toilets, 24-hour info hub, Pamper tent + free car park pass.

Gold

Gold tickets give you access to the Gold/Silver campsite which includes access to hot showers, ‘proper’ toilets, 24-hour info hub, Pamper tent + free car park pass + access to the exclusive Gold Hospitality Arena where x1 complimentary meal will be served each day and features indoor and outdoor seating areas, exclusive concessions and services which includes cocktails, makeup, hair and glitter tent to enjoy the festival in style*

** All festival tickets include access into the event itself.

What’s included with my Day Ticket?

Gold Day

If you are purchasing a Gold Day ticket – you get free car parking plus access to the exclusive Hospitality Arena on site which will serve you up x1 complimentary meal each day. The Hospitality Arena also includes ‘proper toilets’, indoor and outdoor seating areas, leather sofas, wooden flooring, plus access to various exclusive concessions inside the hospitality arena*

Standard Day

If you are purchasing a Standard Day ticket – you get access to the Main Even Arena

**Gold, Silver and Bronze tickets do not include Dreamfields or Pre-Pitch accommodation, if you wish to book Dreamfields or Pre Pitch accommodation, this needs to be booked separately.*** Chargeable

If you have purchased a gold ticket, as part of your package you receive a complimentary meal each day, the QR token is attached to your wristband and can only be used in the Hospitality Arena and can only be scanned once per day (depending on the number of days you are on site)

We’d love for you to spend your 18th birthday with us! You can still attend provided you are 18 or over on the day you wish to enter the festival site. You can also buy your ticket before your 18th birthday.

For example, if your 18th birthday falls on the Saturday of the event weekend then you would only be able to enter the festival from the Saturday onwards. You would not be allowed entry on the Thursday or Friday.
