If you’re attending the festival and your delivery address is outside the UK, you will have selected International Postage during checkout. Your tickets will be posted approximately 3–4 weeks before the festival.
If you haven’t received your tickets by the week before the event, please contact Ticketmaster to arrange for box office collection at the festival site.
The deadline to purchase tickets and have these delivered to you by international purchase is 7th August 2025

Festival tickets are not included in Dreamfields bookings.
- 2 Part Payment Plan is available to any customer buying a ticket between 01/06/2025 & 30/06/2025. This payment plan allows tickets to be paid with a £20 deposit and 3 monthly payments (each an “installment”).
- Pay just £20 to secure your ticket. Once you’ve paid the first £20, the following 2 installments will be taken on the 1st of every month following.
- Check how much each payment will be on the table above and by clicking here
- if the card payment fails you may lose your ticket, make sure you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the payment.
- Make sure the card you first used is still valid. Payment is taken from the card you first used to secure your ticket. If your card has expired or you have lost or cancelled it, we won’t be able to take the next payment and you could lose your ticket. Please contact Ticketmaster directly before the next payment is due if this is the case and they
- Please note that it may take a few days for your payment to come out of your account. Please be patient, if you have any concerns please contact Ticketmaster customer service who can advise you on this.

Everyone staying in your Dreamfields accommodation must have a 2, 3 or 4-day Rockstar Energy presents Creamfields Camping ticket (Standard, Bronze, Silver or Gold) to gain entry.
Gold parking passes are for Gold ticket holders only and are not available for purchase. General car parking passes are available for purchase on your day of arrival or in advance.
If you have purchased a ticket and wish to upgrade your ticket level, type or duration, (for example from standard to gold, or from non-camping to camping or 3 day to 4 day) you can do this by logging into your Ticketmaster account and contacting Ticketmaster’s fan support service. Important Notes:
- Please note tickets are non-refundable.
- If your new ticket is of lower value than your original ticket, the difference cannot be refunded
- All upgrades and changes to tickets are subject to availability.
- Tickets can only be upgraded by the original booker and cannot be transferred.

What’s included with my Camping Ticket?
Bronze
Bronze tickets give you access to the Bronze campsite only which includes hot showers, ‘proper’ toilets and a 24-hour info hub. Please note ONLY BRONZE TICKET HOLDERS will be allowed access into the Bronze campsite.
Silver
Silver tickets give you access to the Gold/Silver campsite which includes access to hot showers, ‘proper’ toilets, 24-hour info hub, Pamper tent + free car park pass.
Gold
Gold tickets give you access to the Gold/Silver campsite which includes access to hot showers, ‘proper’ toilets, 24-hour info hub, Pamper tent + free car park pass + access to the exclusive Gold Hospitality Arena where x1 complimentary meal will be served each day and features indoor and outdoor seating areas, exclusive concessions and services which includes cocktails, makeup, hair and glitter tent to enjoy the festival in style*
** All festival tickets include access into the event itself.
What’s included with my Day Ticket?
Gold Day
If you are purchasing a Gold Day ticket – you get free car parking plus access to the exclusive Hospitality Arena on site which will serve you up x1 complimentary meal each day. The Hospitality Arena also includes ‘proper toilets’, indoor and outdoor seating areas, leather sofas, wooden flooring, plus access to various exclusive concessions inside the hospitality arena*
Standard Day
If you are purchasing a Standard Day ticket – you get access to the Main Even Arena
**Gold, Silver and Bronze tickets do not include Dreamfields or Pre-Pitch accommodation, if you wish to book Dreamfields or Pre Pitch accommodation, this needs to be booked separately.*** Chargeable

Yes, you can arrive any day your ticket is valid for.
Yes, you can access the event any day your ticket is valid for
If you have purchased a ticket from one of our official ticket agents, tickets will start to be posted out 2 months before the event and can arrive up to a week before the show. If there has been an issue with delivery or the ticket agent has advised you to collect, you will need to go to the Box office on site where you can collect your ticket, you will need to bring valid photo ID as proof of purchase and also have your order reference.
If you have purchased a gold ticket, as part of your package you receive a complimentary meal each day, the QR token is attached to your wristband and can only be used in the Hospitality Arena and can only be scanned once per day (depending on the number of days you are on site)
We’d love for you to spend your 18th birthday with us! You can still attend provided you are 18 or over on the day you wish to enter the festival site. You can also buy your ticket before your 18th birthday.
For example, if your 18th birthday falls on the Saturday of the event weekend then you would only be able to enter the festival from the Saturday onwards. You would not be allowed entry on the Thursday or Friday.
