Camping ticket holders
If you are camping at the festival, you can bring in your own alcohol. There is a limit of 24 cans and 1 litre plastic bottle of spirit per person. No glass allowed on site, any drinks in glass bottles must be decanted into plastic bottles before arrival.
- Cans can be mixed – cider, lager, wine but must not exceed 24 cans.
- Pre-mixed cocktails – maximum accumulated quantity must not exceed 1L.
- This includes Buzzballs, AU pre mixed cocktails and any other branded mixed cocktails.
Please note that alcohol can not be brought into the Event Arena.
Strictly no kegs
Day ticket holders
If you are a day ticket holder, no drinks or alcohol can be brought into the event, apart from 1 x 500ml bottle of water which must be sealed.

Please note all camping tickets are sold out, the ticket you have purchased only provides access to the campsite specified on your ticket. If you wish to camp with friends in a different campsite, you will need to resell your current ticket via Ticketmaster resale and purchase the appropriate camping ticket, subject to availability.
*Gold & Silver Campsite is only accessible with a Gold or Silver Camping ticket
**Bronze campsite is only accessible with a Bronze Camping ticket

If you would like to access luxury amenities whilst on site, including hot/cold showers and ‘proper’ flushing toilets and a pamper tent featuring hair straighteners and hair dryers. You can book a Freshfields pass, a private area with locations in the Event Arena and Downtown with a variety of luxury amenities to make your experience even more memorable.
You have the option of purchasing a Freshfields Pass (Downtown) / Freshfields Pass (Event Arena) either for the day or the weekend.
- Please note, if you have a bronze, silver or gold ticket, you will already have access to showers and ‘proper’ flushing toilets in your campsite. If you have silver or gold, you will also have access to your pamper hubs located within your campsite.

If you purchased via Ticketmaster, Fan to Fan resale is available up until the event.
Beware of unauthorised ticket agents and individual re-sellers (including tickets offered on eBay, Gumtree and Craigslist, Instagram and Facebook and resale sites such as Viagogo and Stubhub). It’s possible you’ll pay over the odds for a ticket that may not be valid for entry.
If you have been the victim of a ticket scam, please report the website to Action Fraud.
- Please note, Resale Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, as set out in Ticketmaster’s Ticket Exchange Policy.
Dreamfields Resale will only be available until 13th August.
Pre Pitch Resale will only be available until 21st August.
Ticket Transfer
If you need to transfer a ticket(s) to a friend, Ticket Transfer on the Ticketmaster app will go live w/c Monday 17th August. More info here – https://creamfields.com/info/can-i-transfer-my-ticket/
If you don’t have the options to sell your tickets, it may be for one of the following reasons:
- The Event Organiser or artist hasn’t activated resale.
- Your order includes add-ons such as car park and early entry passes.
- You purchased the tickets from resale, Ticketmaster Theatre or Ticketweb.
- The ticket is for a theatre show.
- Your order includes festival tickets purchased on an ongoing payment plan/deposit scheme.
- Your ticket has been transferred.
Car parking passes
Please note Car Park passes are not included with resale ticket purchases. If parking is required, a separate Car Park pass must be purchased, subject to availability. By continuing with your purchase, you acknowledge that a Car Park pass is not included with resale ticket purchases. If you have purchased a Dreamfields package, Gold or Silver Camping ticket via resale or a Gold Day ticket via resale you will not be sent a Car Park Pass and you will need to purchase this separately if required.
- Gold Camping customers entering via the Gold entrance can purchase a Gold car park pass on the day, just show your event ticket to the staff on arrival.
Dreamfields customers entering via the Dreamfields entrance can purchase a Dreamfields car park pass on the day, just show your event ticket to the staff on arrival. - Silver customers entering via the South entrance can purchase in advance here
- Please note, Freshfields Passes, Car Park Passes, Shuttles bus tickets, Merchandise and Charge Candy is are not available on resale.
There will be a check-in system, no mobile/physical tickets sent out for Freshfields. Letters of authorisation will be accepted so someone else can collect on behalf of the cardholder but all guests must come themselves to get wristbands, none will be given out for guests to distribute to their party.
No, however, the same facilities will be on offer in, Freshfields, a private area with locations in the Event Arena and Downtown with a variety of luxury amenities to make your experience even more memorable, offering you the same facilities you had with Club Class such as hot showers, pamper tents and more!

We don’t post anything out – we will send all relevant check-in information by email. Your festival tickets will be sent separately by the company you bought them from. Please note digital or physical scannable tickets are not sent out for Pre-Pitch accommodation bookings, information on how to check-in will be sent with the arrival information pack approximately one week before the event.
Car Parking is not included in Pre-Pitch so must be booked separately if required.
‘Unfurnished Bell Tents’ are located in the Pre-Pitch Campsite only which is accessible to Bronze, Silver or Gold Camping ticket holders only). These are Bell Tents that come empty with no interior furniture, bedding, or beds.

- Unfurnished Pre-Pitch Bell Tent for up to 3 people – central pole height 2.5 metre x floor diameter 4 metres
- Unfurnished Pre-Pitch Bell Tent for up to 5 people – central pole height 3 metre x floor diameter 5 metres

Pre-Pitch Campsite is open from 12 noon (midday) on Thursday 27th until 12 noon on Monday 31st August 2026.
As well as the accommodation you will have the following:
- Access to private Dreamfields campsite
- Free car park pass (1 per 2 guests)
- 24-hour Dreamfields reception & site security‘Proper’ toilets & showers
- Pamper tent with hairdryers and straighteners provided
- Phone charging hub
Everyone staying in your Dreamfields accommodation must have a 2, 3 or 4-day Creamfields Camping ticket (Standard, Bronze, Silver or Gold) to gain entry.

No, sorry. Power supply provided as part of your accommodation purchase is intended for device charging only. Nothing else is permitted and may cause power outages, fire hazard, and a risk to life.
Silver and Gold camping includes a pamper hub, showers and “proper toilets” inside the campsite. Freshfields can be found inside Downtown village and is different to the Silver/Gold campsite facilities. To access Freshfields you will need to purchase an additional wristband, however, we advise anyone with access to silver/gold campsite premium facilities to use them. (they are included in the price)

- 6 Part Payment Plan is available to any customer buying a pre pitch camping package. This payment plan allows tickets to be paid with an initial deposit and 6 monthly payments.
- Pay the first instalment on the purchase date to secure your package. Once you’ve paid the initial instalment, the following instalment will be taken on the 1st of the following month and then 1st of the following month.
- Check how much each payment will be on the table above and by clicking here.
- If the card payment fails you may lose your package, make sure you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the payments.
- Make sure the card you first used is still valid. Payment is taken from the card you first used to secure your ticket. If your card has expired or you have lost or cancelled it, we won’t be able to take the next payment, and you could lose your ticket. Please contact Ticketmaster directly before the next payment is due if this is the case.
- Please note that it may take a few days for your payment to come out of your account. Please be patient. If you have any concerns, please contact VIP Nation customer service, who can advise you on this.
The Showers in Gold/Silver & Bronze campsites are open from 7am-9pm each day.
The Pamper Tents in Gold/Silver Campsites will be open from 7am-9pm each day. (Sunday 5pm close).

Creamfields is this summer and if you’re camping with us then you’ll be keen to make sure you’ve got a suitable tent for the weekend. Before you make a rushed purchase though, why not read our handy guide to buying the ultimate tent
Whether you are attending as part of a family, a group, or even on your own, we are all responsible not just for our belongings, but also for leaving the site nice and tidy and being responsible campers. So here some handy hints when it comes to tenting –
Do you even need to buy a new tent?
Got a tent in the loft or shed? Got a friend or family member who has a decent tent of their own? Get it out and set it up the garden – if it’s in decent condition then why spend money on a new tent in the first place!
Invest in a tent that isn’t going to let you down.
So you went into the loft to find your old tent full of holes, and the one your uncle lent you is as much use as a wet paper bag. It’s time to hit the tent shops. Spend a bit of money on a decent tent with a good waterproof rating and solid reviews. The old saying “buy it cheap, buy it twice” is going to haunt you if you’re spending the festival damp and wet. Remember to check the “HH” rating which is how waterproof the tent is – you probably want to aim for over 5000 if it’s a wet weekend.
Avoid a pop-up tent unless you’re certain.
Easy to put up….not so easy to take down, especially after a long weekend. They don’t tend to last as long either, and cheaper build might make for less than comfortable weekend. Invest in something sturdy.
Take it home!
Goes without saying but a responsible festival goer tidies up after themselves. Take your tent home with you after the weekend is over. After all, you’ve invested in a decent one, would be a huge waste to only use it once!

There are bins on-site….
There will be plenty of bins on-site to discard your rubbish at the end of the weekend. However…
…tents don’t all get recycled
Contrary to popular belief, most tents left behind at festivals don’t get donated or recycled, and simply end up in an energy from waste incinerator. Care for our planet, and make sure you take your tent back home.

Bronze
Bronze tickets give you access to the Bronze campsite only which includes hot showers, ‘proper’ toilets and a 24-hour info hub. Please note ONLY BRONZE TICKET HOLDERS will be allowed access into the Bronze campsite.
Silver
Silver tickets give you access to the Gold/Silver campsite which includes access to hot showers, ‘proper’ toilets, 24-hour info hub, Pamper tent + free car park pass.
Gold
Gold tickets give you access to the Gold/Silver campsite which includes access to hot showers, ‘proper’ toilets, 24-hour info hub, Pamper tent + free car park pass + access to the exclusive Gold Hospitality Arena where x1 complimentary meal will be served each day and features indoor and outdoor seating areas, exclusive concessions and services which includes cocktails, makeup, hair and glitter tent to enjoy the festival in style*
** All festival tickets include access into the event itself.
What’s included with my Day Ticket?
Gold Day
If you are purchasing a Gold Day ticket – you get free car parking plus access to the exclusive Hospitality Arena on site which will serve you up x1 complimentary meal each day. The Hospitality Arena also includes ‘proper toilets’, indoor and outdoor seating areas, leather sofas, wooden flooring, plus access to various exclusive concessions inside the hospitality arena*
Standard Day
If you are purchasing a Standard Day ticket – you get access to the Main Even Arena
**Gold, Silver and Bronze tickets do not include Dreamfields or Pre-Pitch accommodation, if you wish to book Dreamfields or Pre Pitch accommodation, this needs to be booked separately.*** Chargeable
Camping ticket customers
Campsite items apply to customers with a camping ticket only. Please note no bags bigger than A4 can be brought into the event arena.
** camping chairs are permitted in the campsites only
** Disposable BBQ’s are not permitted at the festival this year. Due to exceptionally hot weather and dry ground conditions, they pose a serious fire risk.

Can I bring in food and drink/alcohol?

If you have a day ticket and you leave the festival site you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY
If you have a 2 or 3 day ticket WITHOUT camping you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY ON INDIVIDUAL DAYS. On leaving the event after each day you will need to produce the ticket for the next day to gain re-entry
Yes, you can access the event any day your ticket is valid for
No, sorry you cannot bring your campervan (this includes caravans & motorhomes) – the campsites at the festival are tented only. If you purchase a Camping ticket then you must camp within our campsites.
You may not camp in the car parks or sleep in your car.
No, sorry. Please leave speakers at home (we have lots of speakers in the event arena!). Portable speakers are a prohibited item and there is no facility to store prohibited items including speakers on site. Items confiscated will be discarded. The promoter is not responsible for abandoned items
No glass is allowed at Creamfields. This includes perfume, foundation bottles, aftershave and mirrors. These are prohibited items and will be confiscated at the entrance (please note there is no facility to leave your belongings and collect after the show) so please double check before you arrive at the show.
*Small make up compact mirrors are acceptable.
No, please understand we have thousands of campers on site and even though they look pretty, unfortunately we don’t have enough space for you to erect a gazebo.
Yes you can if you have purchased a camping ticket, but remember Creamfields is in the middle of a field, we recommend bringing a rucksack instead.
Day ticket holders can bring a bag no bigger than an A4 piece of paper.
