Please note all camping tickets are sold out, the ticket you have purchased only provides access to the campsite specified on your ticket. If you wish to camp with friends in a different campsite, you will need to resell your current ticket via Ticketmaster resale and purchase the appropriate camping ticket, subject to availability.

If you have purchased a car parking pass, or you have it included with your ticket, you will receive a physical pass in the post, and you must ensure your booking is up to date with the correct postal address. If you have moved home and would like to update your postal address, you can do this by contacting Ticketmaster via their fan support service.

Car parking passes
Please note Car Park passes are not included with resale ticket purchases. If parking is required, a separate Car Park pass must be purchased, subject to availability. By continuing with your purchase, you acknowledge that a Car Park pass is not included with resale ticket purchases. If you have purchased a Dreamfields package, Gold or Silver Camping ticket via resale or a Gold Day ticket via resale you will not be sent a Car Park Pass and you will need to purchase this separately if required.
- Gold Camping customers entering via the Gold entrance can purchase a Gold car park pass on the day, just show your event ticket to the staff on arrival.
Dreamfields customers entering via the Dreamfields entrance can purchase a Dreamfields car park pass on the day, just show your event ticket to the staff on arrival. - Silver customers entering via the South entrance can purchase in advance here

Yes, to book a multi-day shuttle bus ticket you will need to add one shuttle bus ticket to your basket, and then add the additional days listed under ‘Event Extras’
Souvenir tickets are available to purchase here.
Your souvenir ticket will be posted to you within 1 month after the event and sent to the address registered on your Ticketmaster account.
There will be a check-in system, no mobile/physical tickets sent out for Freshfields. Letters of authorisation will be accepted so someone else can collect on behalf of the cardholder but all guests must come themselves to get wristbands, none will be given out for guests to distribute to their party.
Before getting into a taxi/private hire vehicle
• Always check the Council issued plate on the front/back of the vehicle. This will tell you which Council has licensed the vehicle.
• Make a note of the details on the plate this includes, plates number, registration number and issuing authority
• Take a picture of the plate on the vehicle
• If you have pre booked a vehicle always make sure that the details you have been provided match the vehicle that you are getting into match.
• Let a third party know details of your journey
Once in the vehicle
• If possible, always sit in the back of the vehicle
• Ask the driver for the badge details, you have a right to know who is taking you home.
If you are approached by a vehicle or someone in the street, offering a lift ignore them as this is classed as touting and is illegal
A vehicle not displaying door signs, licence plates or the driver not wearing their badge, should not be used in case they are bogus, and will be un-checked and un-insured.
REMEMBER ASK WHAT THE FARE IS LIKELY TO BE AND IF IT’S A HACKNEY ASK THEM TO PUT THE METER ON
A LICENSED DRIVER WILL BE HAPPY FOR YOU TO TAKE THE INFORMATION OF THEIR VEHICLE AND BADGE AS IT CONFIRMS THAT THEY ARE A LICENSED DRIVER.
THEY SHOULD ALSO PROVIDE YOU THE NAME OF THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
If you have concerns or a complaint regarding the licensed vehicle or licensed driver you should contact the Council that issued the licence alternatively you can send the details to legalservices@halton.gov.uk where the information will be forwarded to the appropriate authority.
REMEMBER
Take a picture/detail of the vehicle licence number, registration number and issuing authority.
You have a right to feel safe in the vehicle, if you have any concerns contact a family member or friend.

Any crossing involving the Silver Jubilee Bridge and Mersey Gateway is subject to additional toll cost which is £2.40 each way.
Big Green Coach has a strict “no trolley” luggage policy in place. This policy helps manage storage space fairly and efficiently, especially when coaches are running at full capacity. Trolleys can take up a disproportionate amount of space in the luggage compartments, which can impact other passengers’ ability to store their bags. By limiting certain types of luggage, we can ensure there’s enough room for everyone’s belongings and avoid delays or difficult situations on the day of travel. We kindly ask all customers to respect this policy and travel with manageable luggage where possible.
No, however, the same facilities will be on offer in, Freshfields, a private area with locations in the Event Arena and Downtown with a variety of luxury amenities to make your experience even more memorable, offering you the same facilities you had with Club Class such as hot showers, pamper tents and more!
You have the option of purchasing a Freshfields Pass (Downtown) / Freshfields Pass (Event Arena) either for the day or the weekend.

Pre-Pitch Campsite is open from 12 noon (midday) on Thursday 27th until 12 noon on Monday 31st August 2026.

Silver and Gold camping includes a pamper hub, showers and “proper toilets” inside the campsite. Freshfields can be found inside Downtown village and is different to the Silver/Gold campsite facilities. To access Freshfields you will need to purchase an additional wristband, however, we advise anyone with access to silver/gold campsite premium facilities to use them. (they are included in the price)

- 6 Part Payment Plan is available to any customer buying a pre pitch camping package. This payment plan allows tickets to be paid with an initial deposit and 6 monthly payments.
- Pay the first instalment on the purchase date to secure your package. Once you’ve paid the initial instalment, the following instalment will be taken on the 1st of the following month and then 1st of the following month.
- Check how much each payment will be on the table above and by clicking here.
- If the card payment fails you may lose your package, make sure you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the payments.
- Make sure the card you first used is still valid. Payment is taken from the card you first used to secure your ticket. If your card has expired or you have lost or cancelled it, we won’t be able to take the next payment, and you could lose your ticket. Please contact Ticketmaster directly before the next payment is due if this is the case.
- Please note that it may take a few days for your payment to come out of your account. Please be patient. If you have any concerns, please contact VIP Nation customer service, who can advise you on this.
Yes this is absolutely fine. You can access the event any day that your ticket is valid for, eg. if you have a 4 day camping ticket which means you can arrive on the Thursday, but you’re now unable to get to the festival until the Friday (or Saturday), you can still access the event as your ticket is valid for Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
The Showers in Gold/Silver & Bronze campsites are open from 7am-9pm each day.
The Pamper Tents in Gold/Silver Campsites will be open from 7am-9pm each day. (Sunday 5pm close).
We will contact you via email within 1 week of the festival with a full information pack.

Cheshire Police urge you not to risk bringing any illegal or unknown substances to the event. If you are found to be in possession of controlled drugs, new psychoactive substances or weapons, you are liable to prosecution. The possession of any amount of a controlled drug is a criminal offence and the supply of a controlled drug is an even more serious offence. Carrying controlled substances for others, such as a group of friends, is still considered as possession with intent to supply and will lead to prosecution and a likely prison sentence. We have countless examples of this happening, and it ruins people’s lives. No illegal drug-taking can be assumed to be safe, and there is no safe way to take them.
Think before entering the festival – Don’t bring any prohibited or illegal items with you or use the surrender (amnesty) bins provided to dispose of any controlled drugs, new psychoactive substances or weapons.
We are always thinking of ways to reduce the amount of crime at events but we need you to do your bit too:
- Put money, tickets, credit cards and mobile phones in a zipped pocket or use a money belt.
- Only bring what you need, excessive things that you don’t need are just more things you could lose.
- Avoid bringing or withdrawing large amounts of cash and keep it safe at all times. There are cash machines on the site should you need a top up.
- Postcode the property that you do bring to the event so it is identifiable.
- If you arrive by car, ensure that you leave the doors and windows secure and remove any items from view including sat navs, stereos, CD’s and mobile phones
- Use the lockers located in the Campsite Village for personal items you wish to store safely.
- Only bring the essential bank cards. Make a note of the numbers and store at home to make cancellation easier if they do disappear.
- Track your items, more phones and tablets have GPS tracking and can be located via an app such as “Find My iPhone”.

Counter Terrorism Policing is collaborating with the UK’s biggest music venues, arenas and festivals to deliver vital safety advice to the public.
We all have a role to play in keeping each other safe. Your safety is our priority and that’s why we have a comprehensive array of measures in place.
You can play your part by trusting your instincts, and if you see something that doesn’t feel right, tell security. Our teams will take every report seriously. You won’t be wasting their time.
Here are some quick tips to help you have a safe and enjoyable time:
- Arrive early, allowing more time for security checks and measures.
- Be patient with security checks. It might seem inconvenient, but they are in place to help you.
- Keep it simple and minimise what you carry. The more you bring, the longer it will take to get in.
- Stay alert and look out for each other. If you see something that doesn’t feel right, tell security. Don’t leave it to someone else.
- Don’t leave bags unattended. Never agree to look after a stranger’s bag, no matter how genuine they seem.

If you are prescribed medication for continuous use, please ensure you bring it with you and take it as directed. Only the prescribed amount required for the duration of your stay at the event may be brought onsite. Medication must be in your name, and you may be asked to present identification to confirm this.
ALL medication should be in the correct packaging, and any loose medication not in the correct packaging will not be allowed into the festival.
If you have specific medication which requires refrigeration this can also be stored at the Medical Centre on site and must be labelled with the customer’s name and contact details.

Bronze
Bronze tickets give you access to the Bronze campsite only which includes hot showers, ‘proper’ toilets and a 24-hour info hub. Please note ONLY BRONZE TICKET HOLDERS will be allowed access into the Bronze campsite.
Silver
Silver tickets give you access to the Gold/Silver campsite which includes access to hot showers, ‘proper’ toilets, 24-hour info hub, Pamper tent + free car park pass.
Gold
Gold tickets give you access to the Gold/Silver campsite which includes access to hot showers, ‘proper’ toilets, 24-hour info hub, Pamper tent + free car park pass + access to the exclusive Gold Hospitality Arena where x1 complimentary meal will be served each day and features indoor and outdoor seating areas, exclusive concessions and services which includes cocktails, makeup, hair and glitter tent to enjoy the festival in style*

If you are purchasing a Gold Day ticket – you get free car parking plus access to the exclusive Hospitality Arena on site which will serve you up x1 complimentary meal each day. Standard Day
If you are purchasing a Standard Day ticket – you get access to the Main Even Arena

Camping ticket customers
Campsite items apply to customers with a camping ticket only. Please note no bags bigger than A4 can be brought into the event arena.
** camping chairs are permitted in the campsites only
** Disposable BBQ’s and camping stoves are not permitted at the festival this year. Due to exceptionally hot weather and dry ground conditions, they pose a serious fire risk.

Day ticket customers
Day ticket holders should refer to the Event Arena column and notes column only.
PLEASE NOTE – Day ticket holders can bring a bag no bigger than an A4 piece of paper.
Can I bring in food and drink/alcohol?
Campers are allowed to bring food and non-alcoholic drink on to the campsite however, food and drink is not permitted in the event arena.
Campers are allowed to bring 1x 24 can/plastic crate of beer/cider or drink of choice & 1 litre of spirit or wine in a plastic bottle/box per person.
Day ticket holders can bring 1x sealed bottle (no glass) of water. We encourage all customers to bring a refillable bottle and use the free water points across the festival site.

No need to struggle with your luggage upon arrival – the Jolly Green Sherpas will be bringing their Barrow Hire service back to Creamfields!
You can hire a barrow for just £30 (plus a refundable £50 deposit).
Plus, for every hire they plant a tree via a nonprofit reforestation project.
No need to pre-book, just look out for them in the car parks upon arrival.

Yes, you can access the event any day your ticket is valid for
Creamfields is strictly an 18’s and over event, and we will be operating a strict Challenge 21 policy at the entrances/bars and spot checks will be in operation around the festival site. Please ensure you bring acceptable forms of valid ID, these are:-
o An in-date photographic driver’s license or provisional licence,
o A valid passport (not a photocopy). Out-of-date passports will NOT be accepted.
o A Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card (showing the PASS hologram) more information on the pass scheme website.
o An in-date Armed Forces Photo ID Card
o A national photo identity card issued by country of origin (other than the United Kingdom)
*Please note that customers on-site may be asked to produce ID at any point during the event so we advise ALL customers to bring valid ID. In addition, we operate a Challenge 21 policy so please ensure you bring an acceptable form of proof of age ID.
Camping ticket holders
If you are camping at the festival, you can bring in your own alcohol. There is a limit of 24 cans and 1 litre plastic bottle of spirit per person. No glass allowed on site, any drinks in glass bottles must be decanted into plastic bottles before arrival.
- Cans can be mixed – cider, lager, wine but must not exceed 24 cans.
- Pre-mixed cocktails – maximum accumulated quantity must not exceed 1L.
Please note that alcohol can not be brought into the Event Arena.

Day ticket holders
If you are a day ticket holder, no drinks or alcohol can be brought into the event, apart from 1 x 500ml bottle of water which must be sealed.
No, sorry. Please leave speakers at home (we have lots of speakers in the event arena!). Portable speakers are a prohibited item and there is no facility to store prohibited items including speakers on site. Items confiscated will be discarded. The promoter is not responsible for abandoned items
No glass is allowed at Creamfields. This includes perfume, foundation bottles, aftershave and mirrors. These are prohibited items and will be confiscated at the entrance (please note there is no facility to leave your belongings and collect after the show) so please double check before you arrive at the show.
*Small make up compact mirrors are acceptable.
No, please understand we have thousands of campers on site and even though they look pretty, unfortunately we don’t have enough space for you to erect a gazebo.
Facemasks can be worn. Offensive and full face covering masks are prohibited.
Yes you can if you have purchased a camping ticket, but remember Creamfields is in the middle of a field, we recommend bringing a rucksack instead.
Day ticket holders can bring a bag no bigger than an A4 piece of paper.

With Charge Candy, simply swap your depleted portable charger once a day for 4 days at our convenient charging stations located in the Campsite Village and they’ll handle the rest. If you have purchased a gold ticket, as part of your package you receive a complimentary meal each day, the QR token is attached to your wristband and can only be used in the Hospitality Arena and can only be scanned once per day (depending on the number of days you are on site)
We’d love for you to spend your 18th birthday with us! You can still attend provided you are 18 or over on the day you wish to enter the festival site. You can also buy your ticket before your 18th birthday.
For example, if your 18th birthday falls on the Saturday of the event weekend then you would only be able to enter the festival from the Saturday onwards. You would not be allowed entry on the Thursday or Friday.
