Welfare

The First Aid and Welfare tents are located next to the entrance to Downtown and the arena. They are open 24hrs from Thursday until Monday midday. Experienced and caring staff are on hand to provide confidential advice about drugs, alcohol, substances formally known as ‘legal highs’, mental health, sexual health and general assistance, counselling and advice for anything that is troubling you.

If you require medical attention from the campsites, there are medical/welfare points located in Downtown. If in doubt, you can always go to the campsite zone hubs, and they will be able to assist and escort should further medical assistance be required.

Also, our team of Pastors are back again with their tents, the team are there to help customers who need help or are in difficulty e.g. if you’ve lost your friends, tent etc.  Offering a warm and safe place for people to chat, and lending a listening ear for those who need one.
